This is an early review, so I'll admit up front I'm probably only pulling out a tenth of this rubber's real performance, if that. If you're okay with that, read on.
First, as for whether this rubber is worth the price... I think it's definitely worth buying. Here are the techniques I found impressive, starting from the top.
Serve
The serve is fantastic. If you want to cut it, you get more spin than you'd expect from your own feel. If you want to keep it low and floaty, it flies up so much you'd think it had topspin on it.
Short-game defense (stop, push)
The sheet grabs the ball firmly, so pushes work fine. Stop is the opposite — the sheet brushes past the ball smoothly and it stops dead with solid spin.
Third-ball attack
For the third ball, it's better to smash through with a solid impact. Looping might be a bit tricky.
Flick
If you get a solid impact, you get a solid result. Train it and it'll become really impressive.
Mid-distance drive
The amount of spin is amazing, but when I drop back to mid-distance I tend to end up on the defensive a lot, and countering from there is difficult. Driving from close to the table was way easier for me.At this point I've only hit with it for a few hours, so once I get more of a feel for it I'd like to review it again.

It's probably one of the best in terms of value for money.
Just looking at pure performance, I think a lot of people would rate it above Tenergy if the feel suits them.
Spin performance on par with tacky rubbers, an arc like the 05, speed like the 64, and ball-holding and lifespan like the Evolution MX-P.
It also comes in 4 hardness levels so you can pick to your taste, which might make it more approachable than Tenergy's two hardness options per line.
I'd recommend this hardness for the forehand.
Personally the feel reminded me of a medium hardness — it didn't feel as hard as the sponge rating suggests.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The spin performance is really good!!
The sheet — packed densely with thin, high-grip pimples, apparently the crystallization of Michelin's tire technology? — keeps you from getting those mystery mishits.
The speed is really good too.

Every technique is easy to pull off with this — I think it's a really great rubber.
Durability is also very good, and it's a bit cheaper than Tenergy (though it's still pricey...)

The arc is very high, and on top of being super stable it also gets great spin.
Plus it's durable — it lasts half a year.

For a 47-degree rubber, it feels soft when you actually hit with it. It gets spin, and speed too. Backspin is easy to lift as well. Combined with the price point, it's a real rival to the Tenergy series.
Compared to Tenergy, the maximum spin is a bit lower, but the rubber's forgiving nature more than makes up for it. Receives, blocks, and getting jammed up in rallies all feel easier with it.
As for the price, the lifespan is way longer than you'd expect from a high-end rubber, so the value for money is excellent.
I tried it thinking "if I'm going to buy a Tenergy..." but honestly it feels closer to a "boosted Sriver" than Tenergy does.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

If you let the ball sink in when you hit, it's amazing.
You'd think that since it's all about the ball sinking in, you wouldn't get much arc, but the arc is huge.
Because the pips are big, the ball sinks in nicely, and pushes are super easy too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
