Most players are looking for that rubber that fits them just right. Nittaku has introduced the Fastarc series with a variety to choose from. The Fastarc G-1 has the most power of the series. It's a very direct and to the point rubber. All offensive strokes from fast drives at the table to long distance counterlooping are executed with high precision. The hardest and fastest of all the Fastarcs.

At first glance, the sheet looks like the tacky, moist type. Even just hitting on the forehand, I felt the ball sink into the sponge nicely. Drives feel great because the rubber grips firmly without slipping. Overall the rubber feels solid and firm — kind of similar to Tibhar's Evolution MX-P. Because it grips so well, it produces a nice arc and is very consistent. It also puts good spin on the ball even when it flies in a flatter line. Both serves and receives bite really well. For backhand use, it'll work once you can swing it properly. This is perfect for anyone looking for something similar to Tenergy but who can't afford it, or for students.

With drives it grips well and produces good shots. Smashes come out fast too. Blocking, though, takes a bit more skill.

I'm using Tenergy 05 on my forehand right now. Before that, I had Fastarc G-1 on there. They're both spin rubbers, but Tenergy 05 feels like it has more spin and distance. The bounce is more controlled than Tenergy 05, so I'd say Fastarc G-1 has the edge in control. Speed and power feel about the same between the two. If you like a harder sheet, Tenergy 05 is the way to go.

What it does best is forehand topspin drives. The sheet is on the harder side, so drives close to the table and at mid-distance are stable. Even if you step back, a full swing gives you a powerful drive with lots of spin and power. Pushes and serves bite well too.

It's a bit hard, so I found the short game easy to play.
Blocking is also really easy with it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The spin is amazing.
The arc goes up nicely too.
I was confused at first, but once I started closing my racket angle over the ball I was hitting good shots.
The only issue I'd point out is that it chipped when I knocked the racket against something. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

In terms of spin and ease of use, this is truly the strongest rubber out there. Tenergy 05 is another spin-oriented rubber, but the G1 is softer and easier to use. That said, I felt it was a bit lacking in speed.
