This is my impression after borrowing my brother's and trying it out.
It has good speed and is really well-balanced and easy to use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

ONE (Experience: 2〜3 years) THE speed-type tension rubber

Borrowed a friend's. Comparing it with the Fastarc C1.
First off, this rubber is super soft. Both the sheet and the sponge are floppy.
So it's easy to control.
The Plaxon is supposedly a speed-oriented tension rubber, but honestly there's not much difference from the C1.
The C1 has more bounce, and more spin too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I'd been curious about this for a while, so I switched rubbers. I have it on my backhand, and the speed comes out normally and it's easy to put spin on too! When I used it in a practice match, I managed to beat a strong player from the other school.

I got back into table tennis after 26 years away, and I was struggling to adjust to the new gear, especially spin-oriented tension rubbers.
Since I used to play a fast-attack style, I figured I'd try a speed-oriented rubber, so I bought this.
The result: it suited me really well.
Flat hits feel great. Topspin drives also get a decent amount of spin if you go for it.
Even from mid-distance, a light drive close to a flat hit goes in nicely with a low trajectory. It's also less affected by the opponent's spin, so receives, smashes, counters, and blocks are all easy. In particular, push-style blocks on the backhand are really quick, and my practice partners kept getting caught off guard, swinging too late.
If you're struggling to make spin-oriented tension rubbers work for you, give this one a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Compared to the rubbers I've used so far, the speed is a bit faster than others. The spin is a bit weaker than others. Also, it's a little less affected by the opponent's spin. Personally,
if a normal spin-oriented tension rubber is
Speed 5, Spin 5,then this Plaxon 450 is more like
Speed 6, Spin 4.The value for money is pretty good, so I think it's worth trying at least once.

Compared to traditional speed-type rubbers, the sheet's grip has improved,
making it easier to use.
The max rating isn't that high, but that makes it easier to control the opponent's spin.
No complaints about speed. It's plainly fast. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used the 450 on my forehand and the 400 on my backhand — the hardness isn't extreme, not too hard, not too soft either.
I didn't feel much difference from the 400. The sheet grips the ball, so it's easy to put spin on. Speed drives and loop drives are easy to do and come in on a low trajectory. Even with a brushing stroke you get plenty of spin, and if you let the ball sink in you get even more. It's a nice rubber that lets you vary the amount of spin depending on how you hit it. The control is excellent too — it really lives up to "total balance," and I think you can use it with pretty much any racket. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
