First off, this rubber is a long-selling classic that's been on sale for ages, and performance-wise it's the exact opposite of the spin-oriented tension and tacky rubbers that are trendy these days — no speed, no spin. At first I wondered what the point of using a rubber like this even was. But when I tried a friend's racket that had medium Magic Carbon on the backhand, I found that meet-hits I could never pull off with tension rubber went in one after another, and blocks landed exactly on the course I intended. And yet when you hit a topspin drive, you get the kind of high, stable arcing drive that's characteristic of old-school high-bounce rubbers like Mark V or Sriver. (What's more, there's not much spin on it — it feels like the ball is skidding.) A little shaken by this, I ended up with a somewhat unusual playing style: a topspin-drive-based game where I hit powerful drives on the forehand with a tension rubber (thick Fastarc G1), while using thin Magic Carbon on the backhand for course-targeted meet-hits, blocks, and high, skidding arc drives to keep my opponent off balance.
This rubber has neither spin nor power, and that's exactly why it can shine in modern table tennis — in a way, I think it's the ultimate rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I use it on my backhand, and my chops are stable and easy to vary.
The power on my backhand is more than enough too, so I think it's a really good rubber.

Honestly, there's no rubber easier to use than this. I've been using it for nine years, and it has power while still being consistent, plus the short game is easy too, and it's cheap. It really is a magic rubber. Also, I managed to place as runner-up in a tournament about two months after starting to use it. I really recommend it.

My first impression was that it feels heavy and cheap. It's not the kind of rubber where the spin or speed really stands out — it's more of a control-focused rubber. The power on drives and smashes is decent, but you can place the ball right where you're aiming. Also, since it doesn't bounce much, blocking and short-game techniques are easy to handle. That said, the performance dropped off after about three months, so it doesn't last long. Well, the price is pretty cheap, so that's a fair trade-off. Bottom line, it's a rubber that helps bring out your actual skill level, so I'd recommend it as a second choice after Mark V for people who overhit a lot or for beginners.

There was a time before when I looked for a cheap, high-performance rubber, bought this, and used it for a while.
Back then the spin was good enough to get service aces, and it felt like an easier-to-use version of Chinese rubber, so I liked it. But when I bought it again recently, whether it's a difference in quality or because of the 40+ ball, the spin was weak.
It's cheap, but I can't really recommend it even for beginners.

My coach was a big fan of this rubber,
so I was recommended to get it and bought it.
My first impression was "Cheap!"
For this price, I think it's actually pretty good.
