First off, it doesn't bounce too much, so it's really easy to control. Because of that, I'd recommend it as around your second rubber.
That said, personally I felt the spin and ball-holding were a bit lacking. If you just hit it flat at 90 degrees you obviously can't tell, but when you try to put spin on it, it didn't come up to the level of similarly priced rubbers like Rakza 7 or the Hexer series. If you want to put a lot of spin on the ball, or do a lot of hitting against backspin, something like Rakza felt better to me.

I bought this for my first-ever rubber swap, and it's soft and lands on the table really easily.
When I used it on the backhand it felt a bit too soft, but on the forehand it lands on the table beautifully!

A friend recommended it to me, so I tried it, and after a month of use I think it's really good. The control is excellent — even when you swing with everything you've got, the ball still lands on the table. That said, it felt a bit heavy, and it's not overly soft, so I think it's especially good to use on the backhand.

This is a rubber that a wide range of players, from intermediate to advanced, can use.
I used it for about a year, and it felt more like I had to send the ball myself rather than it flying on its own.

I'd recommend this to players who want to use Tenergy, or who aren't yet used to tension rubbers.
True to the name "Tolerance," you can hit forgiving shots that feel like they wrap around the ball.
Plus, since it uses the same sponge as Tenergy, you get good power too.
