As you'd expect from a high-tension spring sponge, the speed/bounce is more than enough.
You do have to turn a blind eye to the durability, but even so, for a short period it's plenty for beginner to intermediate players — the balance of spin, speed, and control is really solid!
If you're not sure what to get, this is the one.

Rozena is good. The consistency is excellent, and you get decent spin and decent speed. But once you're up against top prefectural-level players, the power feels pretty lacking. The ball's trajectory is too straightforward, so it's easy to read and doesn't get erratic. Still, it's consistent, so I'd recommend it to beginners — good for driving and blocking too.

Bought it at a table tennis shop. Using the thick version on my backhand. Basically, with a sponge hardness of around 35 degrees, it has great control, but because it's soft, drives don't carry as well and the ball tends to drop short once you move away from the table. Rozena feels like a beginner-friendly version of Tenergy, so I think you might as well start straight away with something like Tenergy 80FX, Sriver, or Rundale. It also wears out fast — after about 3 months it gets harder to put spin on the ball.

Using it on my backhand. After a week I didn't notice anything special, but after a month I got it. At first the ball would drop short on impact and everything felt off, but now I finally understand it. It grips the ball even without a hard impact, so it's really easy to use, and if you swing through from the elbow in one smooth motion, you can hit strong, deep balls!

Using it on my backhand. It's been a week and it still seems fine. Personally I found it a bit too soft. I use Glayzer on my forehand, and compared to that this feels softer with less spin and speed/power. Control is good. You can't really win points with pushes or stops. Topspin drives are so-so. For a Butterfly rubber, it's a bit underwhelming.

I used all the sizes — 1.7, 1.9, and 2.1. Even at max thickness it averages around 45g, so it's on the light side.
It's a classic that works well across a wide range, from beginners up to a certain level.
The sheet is thin and soft enough that the pips are clearly visible through it. The pip shape is probably closest to the 80 series.
The trajectory is fairly flat and it bounces quite well.You can easily experience the "auto" feeling that's the trademark of Tenergy.
The sensation of it softly gripping the ball and springing it back like a trampoline is genuinely impressive the first time you feel it.
You can do a full range of techniques without issue, but keep in mind that the rubber's own stretch/snap isn't all that strong.
If you hit it too hard, the ball tends to drop short compared to Tenergy.
Also, the arc doesn't come out easily, so it's hard to use a stroke that forces the ball down aggressively with spin.It's lightweight with well-rounded performance overall — aside from the lifespan, this seems like a rubber with nothing to complain about.

The sponge is also a bit on the soft side, and the impact feel is good. Speed comes out decently too, so power and stability balance each other out well. The grip is good, and the short game is easy to play too, so it works well whether you put it on the forehand or the backhand.
