The rose-colored spring sponge looks great!
My first impression was that the grip performance is just outstanding, above everything else.
The "tolerance" name isn't just for show — unless your stroke is really off, it grips the ball and sends it flying. Speed feels about average for a tension rubber.
If you can use Rozena at a certain level, I think you'll be able to move up to high-level tension rubbers like Tenergy, Rasanter, G-1, and so on.
Glaizer has come out now too, but there's nothing else out there that matches Rozena for both value and performance, so please, please try it out!
Recommended from your 2nd-3rd rubber onward! Also, a lot of people stick with Rozena the whole way through, so I think you can keep using it forever without ever moving on to something like Tenergy!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is my second time using it, and the control is great as always. Pairing it with a bouncy SK7 blade boosts the power even more, so I really want people to try it at least once.

This rubber checks all three boxes: cheap, easy to use, and fun to play with. I'd recommend it to people who are 3-4 months into table tennis and moving up to a tension rubber. It's a good rubber that makes it easy to get both speed and spin. The price is affordable too, so I think it's worth trying. (Not factoring in lifespan here.)

Yuu.Cutman (Experience: ２〜３ years) Perfect except for durability

It uses a spring sponge, and I think it's excellent when it comes to spin! It's also a bit soft, and blocks come out with a nice arc, so it's a rubber that suits the backhand very well. I'd recommend beginners use it on the forehand, and intermediate-and-above players use it on the backhand.
The one downside, though, is that the lifespan is very short...
The sponge itself lasts a reasonable amount of time, but the sheet just doesn't hold up — even for a beginner or intermediate player, after about two weeks the grip weakens quite a bit. Of course it's still totally usable even then, but if you're after top performance, you really can't call the lifespan long...
Still, aside from the lifespan, the performance is fantastic, so I'd definitely recommend beginner and intermediate players give it a try!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Timo Boll (Experience: ２〜３ years) Rozena really is a god-tier rubber

Used thick on the backhand side with Swat. At first I had a lot of overshoots, but once I stopped brushing and let the ball sink in instead, I'd get a metallic sound and a really good backhand drive would come out. Since it's relatively soft, blocking is stable. This is where the "tolerance" comes in. But since it's fundamentally more bounce than spin, the short game might be a bit tough. Anyway, once you stabilize your backhand, you can attack or defend with it just like Harimoto does. It's got stability on both offense and defense. Other rubbers around this time (Rakza, Hexer (45 degrees and up), Ventus, Vega, Glayzer, Fastarc) typically go for around 6000 yen, but you can get this one for around 5000 yen, which is a great deal!

Once you get better at backspin serves
you can put a ton of spin on them!
For drives, the arc is high
so they go in consistently!
Recommended sponge thickness:
1st year of junior high → 1.7 (medium)
2nd year of junior high → 2.0 (thick)
3rd year of junior high → 2.2 (max thickness)
The thicker the sponge, the more destructive power you get!

These are my impressions after borrowing this from a friend and trying it out.
My first thought was that it's a good rubber. The balance between spin and speed is good, and I felt it would be easy to use even for someone trying a tension rubber for the first time.
