I put this on my backhand to use for chopping. When I bounced the ball off it, I was surprised at how much tension it had — more than I expected — but when I stepped back and actually chopped with it, the bounce didn't bother me that much. For pushes, I think you can get good backspin if you have the technique, but I found it difficult.

Of all the long pips I've used so far, these are the softest. The pips are floppy and easily bend over, which produces incredible variation. A hard, well-executed chop with this could be said to bite even sharper than Grass.
Pushes wobble as they go in deep, but if you're used to low-bounce pips, this one bounces more than expected, so it takes some getting used to.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Just barely touching the opponent's topspin drive puts a surprising amount of backspin on the ball lol.
And if you chop-block or chop with it, after a few exchanges the spin gets so heavy the opponent can't even lift it.
That said, the pips are soft, so don't expect much speed. Hitting flat, meeting shots was difficult at my level of skill.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I play penhold with long pips.
Blocking over the table sends the opponent's own power right back at them.
The variation is amazing too.
You can return topspin drives with heavy backspin.
Attacking is also easier than with other long pips.

I think this Rasant Chaos is basically Grass with the awkwardness taken out.
It's still on the harder side for opponents' backspin to fall short, and the control is solid too.
For people who use the P-1 and want more speed while keeping that OX-style variation, but don't want to switch to a sponge version... this is perfect for you.
As for the sharpness on blocks, I think that comes down more to the player's own skill.
I felt that non-tension long pips make forehand angle shots easier, but with this rubber the variation is so unpredictable that the trajectory is hard to read, and the timing on the return ball is harder to judge too.
The topsheet is thicker than on other long pips, so even played as OX it's easy to send back something like a topspin drive, or more of a grazing shot.
Actually, I think it can basically do anything.
That said, it feels like the rubber was picked to match this particular blade, so I'm not sure the same holds true on other blades.
If it bounced any more than this, it would probably start feeling like a wild horse to handle.Personally, I think I'll keep repurchasing this one for a while.

Beginner Switching to Chopping (Experience: １１〜２０ years) In terms of value for money...

I switched from an inverted-rubber-on-both-sides topspin style to chopping.
I don't have much skill, so please take this just as a reference.The sponge is similar to Rasant Power Grip — a nice, hefty sponge.
The pips are soft and bend easily, but when you run your finger over them you feel more friction than with the Curl series.
Since I don't have the technique for close-to-the-table play, a simple block just flies off and bounces too much, which felt difficult.
If you step back and chop, the bounce isn't that noticeable. The spin reversal isn't as shockingly strong as advertised, but I don't feel any trouble controlling it — the trajectory goes pretty much where you picture it.
You can push with it, but compared to Curl P4 or Feint Long, it generates less spin, which felt difficult.
Attacking is quite easy with it, and a single shot can be quite fast, so it's easy to counter-attack.
For someone like me who doesn't have the skill to grind out long rallies, and who chops in a short-decisive-battle style using counters, this gives you a lot of scoring power.
If it were a bit cheaper, it might be even more popular.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
