I'd been curious about this rubber since before it came out, and I finally got to use it. I'd always found G1 easy to use, but this rubber is on par with G1 or even better. The first time I hit with it, it really felt strange, but you get used to it as you keep using it. I used it for 2 hours the day before a tournament, then used it in the actual matches, and managed to finish 3rd.
I'd recommend it for the backhand. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This is a completely different animal from the GF Pro (harder, and better in both speed and spin). It's similar to the GFT48, but each performance aspect is a notch higher.
The performance is so high that I found it demanding on the forehand. So I use GF Pro on my forehand and Q3 on my backhand. Even though it's hard, it doesn't feel that hard when you hit with it, and oddly enough it suits the backhand well... lol
And on top of that, it's lighter than the German rubbers (46-48g)
compared to GF Pro (48g) and GFT48 (50g).
I feel like it's better suited to blades closer to pure wood.
It's popular among people around me and everyone rates it highly. I've used it on outer, 5-ply wood, and inner-type blades, and it works with anything.
I think it generally suits people who take the initiative and attack, people who brush the ball rather than hit flat, and people who want spin on their serves.
One thing to watch out for though — if you put it on both sides, the blade ends up feeling a bit stiff! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Equipment love (Experience: 2〜3 years) For those who want to smash with Hurricane Neo3

This is said to be a rubber for advanced players, so I thought it would be hard to handle, but that wasn't the case. I switched over from Hurricane Neo 3 and found it easy to use. Let me compare it with Hurricane Neo 3.
First, serves — I thought the tacky rubber would win out, but they were about the same.
Then the topspin drive — Q3 wins on speed, and the spin was about the same.
For the smash, Q3 wins on both speed and stability.
Lastly, the short game — also about the same.
My conclusion is it's on par with, or better than, Hurricane Neo 3.
By the way, it has a distinctive smell when you open it up, lol.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

In Tenergy terms, the spin is somewhere below 05 but above 80.
The speed is somewhere below 64 but above 05. For control, I think it's easy to use if you're used to harder rubbers. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Even among Mizuno's tension rubbers, this one stands out from the rest in performance. First, the balance between spin and speed is great, and the topspin drive has amazing power whether you're looping or attacking quickly over the table. It's also easy to produce curving serves and heavy backspin serves that come back low.

Great distance, easy to put spin on, and the speed and power are amazing. It feels like a big upgrade over the previous GF PRO's stats across the board. I think how easy it is to use will vary from person to person, but I think it's a good rubber.

The feel on impact is similar to V>15 Extra. If there's a difference, it's probably how easy it is to put spin on. This one seems to generate more spin on drives and serves. It's easy to see why Yuya Oshima uses it.
