"Twingo plus" is the best all round rubber for athletes starting table tennis now.
The most emphasis is on the control, and the speed and spin are the optimum balance studied to return the ball to the opponent court. A slightly softer sponge draws a good shot feeling which is a pleasure of table tennis.

Performance-wise it's a beginner rubber, and the sheet feels a bit hard. Considering how hard it is, the control isn't bad, but the speed and spin are still a bit lacking. It's plenty good as a first rubber. There's a bit of grip on the ball, so you can still get some spin on it.
You can also drive against backspin with it. My impression improved the more I used it — since it doesn't bounce much, stops and blocks are easy. If you switch to this from a tension rubber, you can stop the ball incredibly well, which really widens your tactical options. I did wonder whether a beginner rubber still made sense for me at this point, but I think all-around players will find a use for it. It's a minor rubber, but I'd recommend it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
