I'm a friend of the person who borrowed this from a friend in August and reviewed it. I play as a chopper now.
I bought a Sanarion S with Rooking on both sides for 3000 yen back in 7th grade and used it for about a year and a half.
To get straight to the conclusion, I wouldn't even call this a beginner's rubber. Like it says in the title, it's light and cheap, which is nice, but you have to generate all the speed and spin yourself, so I'd recommend it even less for beginners.
Topspin drive → Rather than letting the ball sink in, you have to brush it, or you won't get any kind of arc at all. Even swinging full force to hit it flat, the ball can still drop short.
Push/Block → As for blocking, it mostly goes in as long as the opponent hits it with speed. Pushes go in fine even with a pretty rough swing.
Chop → Since it doesn't bounce much, standing 3 meters from the table is really tough. It's fine if you just want to get a feel for it.

Borrowed this from a friend and tried it. Honestly it was mediocre. No spin, no speed, no bounce. Coming from a tension rubber, I really didn't like it. If it's for beginners, Sriver or Mark V would be better. Funny thing, when I borrowed it again a year later it had gone completely smooth/worn. I served, and the spin came right back at me unchanged.
