This suits intermediate players who care about price and control, as well as beginners who just started playing table tennis! It's a very ordinary rubber with no particular standout feature — if anything, it's specialized purely for control. Beginners often can't tell why a shot missed, but with this rubber that won't happen. It works well as a beginner's rubber on both sides while they build technique, or on an intermediate player's backhand if they want to focus on their forehand!

It goes exactly where you aim it, so when I swung the way I normally would with a hard rubber, I had a hard time with it. Rather than a sharp arc, it flies more like a soft, high arcing trajectory. It works for chopping too.

Used max thickness on my backhand.
It's on the soft side, so it's easy to switch between spinning and hitting flat. The rebound is modest, so you need to generate the power yourself. Blocks stop the ball well, but since it lacks attacking power, it seems suited to a tactic of working the rally by placement to unsettle your opponent.
It's great for beginners learning technique.
Pairs well with a racket that has good bounce.
Using it on both sides in an actual match is admittedly tough, but if you put a high-performance rubber on the other side to create a contrast in ball quality, you can compete just fine.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Good bounce, and it gives decent speed too.
It really grips the ball well, so you get tons of spin on your topspin drives.

Overall it's stable, but once it's broken in it stops bouncing entirely, drives are hard to put spin on, and so are serves.

This rubber is the universally recognized "paper rubber" of the world!! It's so easy to use that it loops all the way back around to being hard to use (lol).
Its rallying, chopping, spin, and power are all noticeably better than average Hurricane.
