My impression is that it's too hard for a beginner-oriented rubber.
A table tennis beginner told me they got recommended this at a shop, but honestly I don't think it's a great match for them...
This is too hard for a beginner - if you don't understand the feel of sinking the ball in and gripping it, I don't think it'll fly well for you. I had other people around me try it too, and overall the impression wasn't great.
It's true that it doesn't bounce much, but personally I'd rather just go with Yasaka's Original Extra, which is easier to handle than this.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
