The topsheet is soft but the sponge is hard.
Because of that, drives get good spin thanks to the soft topsheet, and smashes are easy to hit thanks to the hard sponge.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

When I hit it lightly, it felt really hard. But somehow it's still stable. For serves, if you brush the topsheet without sinking the ball in, you get really sharp spin. In the short game, it doesn't bounce too much and I could return the ball with stability. When I backed off from the table, it still bounced properly, so topspin rallies were easy too.

These are my impressions from a test hit with a senior teammate's racket.
Hitting forehands, it felt just as hard as Hurricane, and gave a pretty intimidating impression. (But somehow I could still control it.)
When I hit a drive, the ball suddenly sank in and it startled me. The hardness felt about on par with G1. Every ceiling stat on this rubber is top-class, so as long as you have power, it turns into a terrifying rubber that still lets you handle the short game and control, while also flying fast with top-class spin.
The technique this rubber was easiest with was the counter. Even though the sponge is just as hard as Hurricane, the ball sinks in, so if you grab the ball it arcs in nicely, and if you snap it it's blazing fast — amazing performance!
Finally, I don't think your level matters for using this rubber. Anyone who's played table tennis for even a year can use it. I said "as long as you have power" earlier, but for students and young players, power comes naturally just from hitting the ball. It really just comes down to getting used to it. Rather than having middle schoolers try a bunch of rubbers and fail, I think it's better for them to start with this one and grow with it.

I used max thickness.
My first impression was that it feels soft and easy to handle for its sponge hardness rating, and it's not that heavy.
In the short game it doesn't bounce too much and stays stable.
It reminds me a bit of G1 somehow...
It sinks the ball in more easily than G1 and flies better.
Up to this point it's a really good rubber, but it's a bit weak against humidity, and I sometimes felt it slip a little.
But if you wipe it down properly with a towel, it's not an issue at all.
I think this would make a really good weapon for someone who relies a lot on stop-to-speed-drive patterns.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used MAX thickness on my forehand, and it felt like a really stable rubber. It was really easy to put spin on serves. Long serves fly well but still land within the table, so they land right on the end line and my opponents told me they're hard to handle. Drives get plenty of spin and fly well, so I could still get the ball in even when backing off from the table.

I switched from V5 Extra. If you're coming from a soft, easy-to-sink-into rubber, you'll probably find this one quite hard. I use it on my backhand. Blocking is easy, maybe because of the hardness, and you can adjust your block speed depending on your own control. For serves, rather than sinking the ball in, you get good spin by brushing/grazing it with friction. Backhand drives might be a bit of a struggle at first. But as you get used to it, you'll gradually start to appreciate what's good about this rubber. The great thing about this rubber is that even when you drop back away from the table, you can still put spin on the ball and return it with speed! I found flat hits, flicks, and chiquitas easier than drives. Stops and pushes require a bit of technique, I think. I currently have MAX thickness on, and it doesn't feel like it flies too much, so I'd definitely recommend MAX for people with power!

Good for both beginners and intermediate players. Pushes and stops are easy to do, and the drive gets a decent amount of spin. Recommended!
