V > 01 Stiff is another innovation of the VICTAS V > 01 premium series for ambitious players. The German-Japanese team of designers (GJ Tec) succeeded in developing an extremely spinny offensive rubber which offers the perfect balance between speed and control to variable offensive strategists. The pimple geometry which is slightly more direct compared to V > 01, as well as the maximum tension of the High Energy Tension rubber sheet of V > 01 Stiff provide for excellent energy transfer when the bat hits the ball, thus developing great speed. The open-pore, state-of-the-art 45° high-performance sponge which is slightly softer than in V > 01 provides for more control in your play (“Power & Balance concept”). With this new sponge / top rubber sheet combination, V > 01 Stiff enables extremely fast and spinny topspin strokes with an aggressive ball trajectory. Especially in mid-distance topspin rallies, the V > 01 Stiff rubber unfolds its full potential. The enormous tackiness of the High Energy Tension rubber additionally enables dangerous, variant-rich serves and magnificent control in over-the-table play.

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
V>15 Stiff is highly evaluated as an easier-to-use alternative to the higher-end Extra model while maintaining strong performance. It is characterized by excellent stability and ease of creating arc trajectories, earning broad support from beginners to advanced players. It is particularly noted as an attractive option for users who find Extra challenging.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Softer and easier to grip than Extra
    • Excellent stability with reliable drive shots
    • Creates natural arc for consistent returns
    • Strong defensive techniques like blocking
    • Suitable for intermediate to advanced players
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveIt's much more stable than V15 Extra because it's softer. The sponge hardness is easy to handle, and the high arc makes drives stable. It holds the ball better than Extra, making it easier to improve fundamental techniques.
▽ CriticalExcessive force causes overshooting errors. Short-range play requires delicate touches, and some users note the speed output is slightly lower than desired.

Hikuru [Chinese style penholder] (Experience: 2〜3 years) A god-tier rubber where everything goes in

      Reviews by user

Just like the title says, everything goes in with this.
I heard it was medium hardness and figured the power wouldn't be much, but powerful shots land in, over and over, reliably.
It doesn't get too wild on the backhand either, so it's easy to use.
All the short-game techniques are easy, but ones against topspin are especially easy.
The one drawback is probably that it wears out quickly if you practice hard every day.

      Nameless (Experience: 2〜3 years) All-round

      Reviews by user

The hardness felt just right and suited to the backhand.
Both blocking and driving were easy to do.
Chiquita in particular let me hit a shot that punched straight through in one go.
It's easy to use, but I felt like that also means it doesn't have much of a distinct character.

I will not say that! (Experience: 4〜5 years) Seriously specialized‼️

      Reviews by user

I think how easy this rubber is to use depends on how fast your swing is.
My swing is on the faster side, so I could hit better shots with Extra, but compared to Extra, I think this one would appeal to more people in general. It feels like the speed is toned down a bit while stability and spin go up. On the forehand it felt a little lacking, but on the backhand it was easier to handle than Extra.

Aggressive cutman (Experience: 4〜5 years) Surprisingly also suits choppers

      Reviews by user

Overall it's a really good rubber that balances both offense and defense.
When chopping, it bites well and the control is great, and when attacking it lives up to the V-15 name, letting you hit counter drives and speed drives too.
Recommended for players who fight with all-out attacks combined with sharp chops.

      Rape Xuan (Experience: 6〜10 years)

      Reviews by user

The bounce is more toned down than Extra, and the ball sinks into the sponge, so it puts on a lot of spin.
I found it easy to use on my forehand.

Ryuki (Experience: 4〜5 years) Easiest to use in the V15 series.

      Reviews by user

I've been a fan of the V-15 series.

Extra gives you 100 points on offense, but you inevitably end up making more mistakes too.
Limber cuts down mistakes a lot and is stable, but the offense is lacking.

This one sits right in between.
You can attack and still stay stable.
      It's basically a god-tier rubber.

You can use it close to the table or further back.

If you're on the fence, just buy it.
You'll end up loving it. (^^)

During practice (Experience: 2〜3 years) Just really easy to hit with

      Reviews by user

It's just so easy to land the ball!!
When you want to put a shot away, you can put it away reliably.
You can hit the kind of stable shots the concept promises.
I used to use Fly Atspin before, and my shots land much more reliably now than they did back then!!
      It's a really good rubber!
