A comprehensively thinner top surface rubber, subjected to high tension, allows space for a thicker sponge - generating extra power and speed.
The DONIC Bluestorm Series offers noticeably greater acceleration whilst retaining its outstanding spin and speed characteristics, making the latest trend.
The thinnest sponge is 1.9 mm, middle sponge thickness is 2.1 mm - and the thickest variation is called max+, because this sponge is even thicker than previous max versions.

I used 2.1mm on my backhand. I think most modern rubbers are hard, spin-oriented tension rubbers, but this one has a 42.5 hardness that's easy to use on the backhand too. Simply put, it's a high-performance, well-balanced rubber. Spin is easy to generate and it has good speed too. I used it with a carbon blade but it never felt wild or hard to control. The short game felt a little less stable, but maybe that's just my own skill.

I've never come across a rubber this easy to use and this strong.
Even beginners might be able to use it.
It doesn't have quite the firepower of Tenergy,
but the balance is better than Tenergy's.
Spin is easy to generate too.
Definitely give it a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I switched over from Bluestorm Z3, using the 2.1mm sponge on the forehand. Overall it's easy to hit with on both forehand and backhand, and the control is good, so you can hit the shots you're aiming for. Compared to the Z3, the spin is dramatically better. The sponge also isn't too soft — it has just the right hardness, so even beginners can use it with confidence. If I had to nitpick, blocking feels slightly harder to do. Overall the performance is quite high, and among recent German rubbers, this is my top pick.
