The rubber is praised for its soft feel, excellent spin performance, and high control, though some users note insufficient speed. It is supported as a stable, control-focused rubber suitable for beginners to intermediate players.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Soft touch allows the ball to grip easily, making spin generation simple
    • Excellent performance in serves, cuts, and touches on the table
    • High stability and control, compatible with various playing styles
    • Moderate rebound and speed performance lower than expected
    • Recommended for beginners to intermediate players; may disappoint advanced users
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveDespite its softness, it produces good speed and allows easy spin generation in drives with a high arc. This rubber is recommended for those learning to apply spin.
▽ CriticalThe rebound is weak for a tension rubber, making it difficult to generate speed. Advanced players seeking faster balls may find this rubber unsatisfying.

Takasei (Experience: 11〜20 years) Very easy to use. Reliable. Verified Purchase

      This is my second post.
When driving, the ball sinks in solidly and I can hit fast drives.
I tend to use my wrist a bit, so this works really well for me.
Serves get so much spin that opponents can barely return them.
I think this rubber suits my playing type.
Right now I'm using 1.9 on my forehand. Next I want to try 1.7 on my backhand.

Takashi (Experience: 11〜20 years) Good rubber Verified Purchase

Both spin and speed are more than satisfactory.
Smashes off a knuckle serve go in almost every time. It's fast too.
I used the 2.1 thickness on my forehand.
In practice rallies it flies too much, so next time I want to try 1.9. With 2.1, fine control on both serves and receives is difficult because it bounces so much.
      Fast serves go long.
The rubber is soft, so the ball sinks in easily and spin is easy to generate.
I want to keep an eye on things like durability as I keep using it.
I've been using Ligan Spin, and I'm torn about which one to go with. Both are good.

I put this on my backhand.
My backhand serves get a lot of spin, and it's easy to aim for the corners!
If you want more speed, I'd recommend the Hexer Power Grip SFX.

Masato Tanaka 00 A bit too soft?

      Reviews by user

It's softer than the regular Hexer.

But the control performance is improved, and the spin was more than satisfactory.

If you hit too hard, it catches the net, so it's really more of a stepping-stone rubber!

Cut it (Experience: 4〜5 years) For a chopper's forehand side

      Reviews by user

Perfect for players whose main style is chopping but who also want to attack sometimes. It's a spin-oriented tension rubber with a good balance of offense and defense. True to its concept, it's easy to generate spin, so your serves get real sharp too.

I use this on my forehand, and above all
it's easy to generate backspin, so if you're good at pushes and chops, you can dominate right from the serve!

Talk (Experience: 4〜5 years) Grip power and clean hitting! Recommended for women

      Reviews by user

I used the 2.1mm version on my backhand.

Even at 2.1mm, the bounce isn't that strong.
The spin matches the hardness, so to speak — it's not a rubber that overwhelms with raw power.

That said, it has excellent grip! Backspin balls come up incredibly well when you hit them.
What's especially good is blocking and backhand flat hits. Blocks stay right on the table, and flat hits can punch through even a fair amount of backspin.

It works well paired with a blade made of a snappy material suited for close-to-the-table play. With a 5-ply all-wood blade, it held onto the ball too much.

It's soft for an adult man, but if you can relax your grip, I'd recommend it to both men and women who lack confidence in their power, for either forehand or backhand.
