It's best suited for topspin drives, but I think it also works for fast, quick attacks. It feels like a tacky version of Tenergy.

I went from Hurricane Neo 3 to Hurricane 8, and recently switched to this rubber.
It feels almost as hard as Chinese tacky rubber when you touch it, but the ball sinks into it in a strange way. That grip on the ball, combined with not having to worry about the slipping you sometimes get with hard tacky rubbers, makes it a great match for plastic balls.
Of course you need to be careful about blade compatibility (wood plywood or inner-carbon blades work well, outer-carbon is tough), and the swing and handling take some getting used to, but overall it's really capable.
For someone who can properly judge when to brush the surface and when to really dig in and grip the ball, this can become a rubber that produces intense spin and power.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I think an all-wood blade is better than a special-material one for this. Without some flex, you can't really control it well.

I'd been using other tension rubbers, but the handling just never quite clicked for me — especially the feel on receives. Honestly, I bought this one without expecting much, and it turned out to be exactly the feel I'd been looking for. It's stable. Receiving is also easy to handle, and the drive has great speed, extension, and bite. Whichever aspect you look at, as long as you swing through without forcing it, it's fantastic. It's also easier to vary pace with than Tenergy, giving your shots a quality that's harder for the opponent to get used to, which I think is great.

I'd been using other tension rubbers before, but they flew so much it was causing me problems. This rubber was great — easy to use with no issues whether I was playing close to the table or at mid-distance. It might depend on the blade you pair it with, but as long as you swing all the way through, it was fantastic — great spin, of course, and great speed too.
