Reviews of HURRICANE PRO Ⅲ TURBO BLUE. Players who use Rubber evaluate various points such as hardness of the sponge, speed, control, spin, and feel at impact thoroughly.(Page 13)
- Pimples in
- Hard sponge produces explosive fast drives when fully swung
- Outstanding spin quantity, the best feature of this rubber
- Heavy weight (around 60g for extra thick) limits player compatibility
- Produces flat balls without proper sticky technique
- Excellent for serves, short-range techniques, and counters

Crazy TURBO (Experience: 2〜3 years) Spin beyond what its hardness suggests!

The spin amount is insane. I've also used the Orange version, and this one can hold its own pretty well against it.
And the trademark speed is fantastic too.
The only thing is it takes a bit of getting used to, and mounting max thickness on both sides makes it heavy, depending on the blade.
Personally, I liked this better than the Neo 3.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

The balance between spin and speed is good, but in terms of spin, I think Neo 2 is easier to put spin on.
Also, since it's hard, it's heavier than Turbo Orange. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

It's a blue sponge, but it's absurdly hard. If you convert the sponge hardness to German hardness scale,
it's roughly 60 degrees.
The sheet is also on the hard side, so the overall rubber hardness is probably even a bit more than that.I think adding tension to this was a mistake —
because it's already too hard, and on top of that they made it bounce more easily,
the situations where you can fully put spin on the ball are limited.
The Neo 3 is actually easier to put spin on than this.Only a handful of people can bring out its maximum spin.
Honestly, my impression is that it's a rubber for choppers and flat hitting.A lot of people say things like "the spin is amazing!!" about this rubber,
but that amount of spin is probably something you could get out of other rubbers too, and more easily at that.
This isn't a rubber you mount because you want spin.
It's built around making use of its hardness for flat hits and defense, and any spin you get
is more of a bonus on top of that.
I'll say it flat out.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

These are my impressions from a test hit at a table tennis place.
First off, the tackiness is monstrous (lol). When I touched a ball that had rolled over, it stuck to my hand (lol)
I figured with tackiness this strong it probably wouldn't fly, but that's not the case at all! I think it's one of the fastest among tacky rubbers.
You probably need a certain amount of swing speed to get a fast ball out of it, but once you can, it's easy to mix up pace, so it makes for a great weapon. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Both the sheet and sponge of this rubber are rock hard, so drives that rely on sinking the ball in were hard to pull off. Next I tried brush-style drives, and my impression was quite good. Thanks to the sheet's grip, I was able to produce tremendous spin and tremendous speed. Personally, I think this has the highest ceiling for spin and speed among tacky rubbers. But it's really meant for advanced players, so intermediate players should stick with the Neo 3!

I used to use Hurricane Neo 3 before, but this one is easier to put spin on, and the speed is about double. The faster you swing, the better the speed drive you get. Using this rubber gives your sidespin (YG) serve tremendous spin.
