If you swing forward while really brushing the ball hard, you can hit a speed drive with tremendous spin!! It's also the fastest among tacky rubbers I've used!!

Kutsu A rubber that's honest to your swing

It's quite hard.
With light to medium hits it doesn't fly much and doesn't get much spin either. But the faster your swing gets, and the more you brush the ball, the more it flies and the more spin you get, proportionally. Unlike a normal tension rubber, which always has some power whether you hit soft or hard but hits a ceiling somewhere, this Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Blue felt like a rubber that responds honestly and without a ceiling to whatever swing you put into it. So using this one might be tricky in the sense that you have to keep swinging the racket properly no matter how awkward your position is. If you really want to pull the maximum performance out of this, maybe hitting the gym for some strength training is a must? All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I normally play as a chopper, and
my chops land very consistently with this.
The bite is excellent, and the curved long serve that modern choppers often use is also really easy to do.
Also, since it's an attacking rubber, it's great even away from the table — powerful drives, and counter-attacking on the backhand too.
Serves and pushes bite really well too.
However, this rubber is very hard, so unless you're an intermediate-to-advanced player who can really put spin on the ball, I don't think you'll get any spin out of it at all.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

This is mainly a comparison with DHS Hurricane Neo 3, hardness 39.
Speed: Turbo Blue >> Neo 3
Spin: Turbo Blue ≥ Neo 3
Hardness: Turbo Blue ≥ Neo 3
Weight: Turbo Blue > Neo 3Turbo Blue is clearly faster. For a tacky rubber, it gives plenty of satisfying speed.
I feel like Turbo Blue gets slightly more spin, but I don't think the difference is that big.
Turbo Blue is harder, but if you've used the 39 or 40 degree Hurricane before, you shouldn't have any problem.
Honestly, it's heavy. It might be pretty tough for middle schoolers and younger, or for women.
Because it's hard, it settles very nicely in the short game. Stops and flicks are both really easy.
Basically, every technique that tacky rubbers are good at is easy with this one. Counters and loop drives both hit with real power.I really want longtime Hurricane users to try this at least once. If the weight isn't an issue, I think you'll be quite satisfied with it.
