My blade is the Freitas ALC, and I used max thickness on the forehand.
Before this, I used an Innerforce Layer ZLC with Evolution MXP on the forehand and Tenergy 80 on the backhand.
After becoming a working adult, my practice time dropped and topspin rallies that rely on physical strength started getting tough, so looking for more variation on the ball, I tried a tacky tension rubber, the Rakza Z, on my forehand for the first time.Hitting off the forehand, the ball goes up with a high trajectory.
The drive speed is indeed slower than with a tension rubber, but that's about how you make contact with tension rubber - if you brush the ball, you can produce loop-type shots that dip and extend, and with a brushing contact you can also hit sharp shots on a low trajectory even from a low contact point.
Things that were hard to do with tension rubber - adding variation - become easy and effortless with this.
Students who can practice a lot might indeed be better off with a spin-oriented tension rubber like Tenergy, which raises the quality of each individual shot, but for anyone who wants to add variation to the ball, wants a more stable short game, or wants to try tacky tension rubber for the first time, I'd definitely recommend this.Also, this time I used the outer-ALC version of the Freitas ALC blade, and given how high the trajectory is, I felt it pairs well with an outer blade.

Table tennis person (Experience: ４〜５ years) A rubber that's exactly as expected, for better or worse

When I first picked it up, the blade felt heavy. So that's something to watch out for! At first I hit some topspin drives, but honestly it was underwhelming. The reason being that for a tacky rubber, the sheet is quite soft, and it had a strong tendency to fly upward on its own! Next I tried hitting hard, but I felt the drive against backspin didn't have much spin. Speed-oriented drives felt pretty easy to do. Smashes felt slow. Also, I felt the short game and serves were really easy to put a sharp cut on. My overall impression of hitting with the Rakza Z this time wasn't so much "tacky rubber" as "a tension rubber with the bounce toned down." And overall it was better on the backhand than the forehand, more stable there. If you're using it on the forehand, I think the Extra Hard version would feel more natural. But it's totally different from the Hurricane series or Chinese rubbers, haha. Well, the price is reasonably affordable, so I think it's a great recommendation for anyone who wants to try tacky rubber.

I test-hit both the Rakza Z and the Rakza Z Extra Hard (referred to below as "Hard").
The topsheet mold (name) is "Rakza Z" on both, but the sponge color is different. The Rakza Z is cream-colored, and the Hard is orange.
My first impression was that the ball flies up. The trajectory is high, and I overshot at first. Once I got used to it, I could close my racket angle to control it. Here's a breakdown by technique.
1. Topspin drives: the ball goes in deep. Even with the racket face angled down and closed, it still lands on the opponent's side.
2. Hitting against backspin requires some knack, swing speed, and power. The Hard in particular will net the ball if you don't swing fast enough. It's hard to get used to.
3. In long rallies and smashes, the performance felt more focused on trajectory and getting the ball in, rather than speed or spin. You need power to hit through it.
4. Pushes and stops bite well when kept short. As a result, you're also more affected by your opponent's spin.
5. Other short-game techniques: flicks prioritize getting the ball in over a low, sharp trajectory. The high arc shows up here too. I don't have the skill for chops or chiquitas, so I couldn't test those.
I feel it pairs well with either a wooden plywood blade or a special-material inner-carbon blade.

I got to try a sample at the table tennis hall.
I normally play with a 5-ply blade plus a high-tension rubber combo, but honestly this Rakza Z and Arnade combo didn't fly as much as that.
Serving was really easy. I could get plenty of spin on it and also serve short.
As for topspin drives, the speed is slow, but there's more spin than usual, and the ball is heavy, so my opponents often overshot it. That said, the ball flies up too high, so tension-rubber users will probably need to rework their swing.
Overall, I think this is a rubber suited to beginner-to-intermediate players. The rubber itself is hard, but that seems well suited to developing a feel for brushing the ball. It seems too hard and tough for complete beginners. For beginner/intermediate players, it's more suited to people with power. Advanced players will probably find the speed lacking.
I don't think you can play fast-paced table tennis with it, but I felt it has what it takes to beat players on your level and even above you.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
