Among tacky tension rubbers, this one is quite strongly tacky. That said, if you really dig the ball into the sponge, you can hit drives with speed on par with tension rubber. That said, my impression was that the power and spin of drives weren't all that strong. If you use it, I think it's best put on the backhand of an inner blade, and play using the difference in ball quality against your forehand.

Tamatsuki Tarou (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Combine with the right blade and stroke for nasty shots

Pairing it with an outer blade that has a hard top ply and gives a powerful, straight trajectory was fantastic. Maybe it's because the rubber itself naturally produces a high arc. Even on low trajectories, the arc is maintained, so the ball lands deep on the table easily, and the spin, speed, and extension after the bounce were insane. You don't need Chinese-rubber-level swing speed to generate power, and the ball-holding and ball-release felt just right. That said, since the sponge hardness is 50 degrees, when the impact was weak the ball would drop, and there were parts where control got difficult. Also, there was some individual variation in the rubber's weight and hardness, and I was a little bothered that the feel changed slightly.

I switched from Company B's Ibis, looking for more bounce.
It doesn't bounce much on a simple ball-bounce test, but it's a rubber that flies once you actually hit it.
If you're someone with a stable spin-generating technique, the power is outstanding.

Being a fan of Hanada, I went with a Masamune blade paired with Rakza Z. Since Hanada is an all-rounder, I figured chopping would be tough for an amateur, but surprisingly, this Rakza Z lets you produce a low, non-bouncing, sinking chop. Also, on offense,
the harder you make contact, the more power you get, allowing for sharp drive attacks. The speed feels a bit lacking compared to high-tension rubbers, but it has power, destructive force, stability, and extension on par with Tamasu's 09C. My ratio of chopping to attacking is about 6:4, but for an all-round-style chopper who chops less often, max thickness might be just right, while a patient defensive-style chopper might do better with thick.
Backhand drives, pushes, and the grip on serves are all good,

I tried out a senior teammate's rubber.
I liked this one better than the Rakza X I'd tried before.
The sponge is hard, so just touching the ball sends it flying quite far. But if you swing through properly, you get spin on par with the Hurricane, and you still get decent speed, so I'd recommend it over the Hurricane. Also, unlike the Hurricane, it doesn't have that particular quirk, so as long as you don't mind the weight, anyone can use it.

This is my impression from borrowing a friend's blade,
so please keep that in mind.
Since it's a tacky tension rubber, it's easy to put spin on the ball, as expected. I was able to hit serves and drives consistently. That said, for a tacky tension rubber, the speed felt a bit slow to me. (This is just my personal impression, so take it with a grain of salt…)
Personally, I felt this rubber would suit a spin-and-stability-focused drive player. I also tried chopping with it, and it worked surprisingly well, so it might also be good on a chopper's forehand…All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Week (Experience: ４〜５ years) Japan-made tacky rubber is the best

I wanted to try a tacky rubber, so I bought this one. At first I didn't know how to use it — people told me the ball was slow but heavy. Once I got used to hitting with it, I could hit really fast smashes. If you smash with a slight chopping motion, it thumps hard into your hand and flies off. For drives, if you roll the ball off the top of the rubber you get a loop, and if you catch it on the lower part of the rubber you get a low
trajectory. Looping around for a cross-court smash, once you swing the racket all the way through, the ball flies fast and shoots away. Stops are difficult. Chiquitas curve a bit too much, maybe? For backhand drives, if you swing all the way through, the extension after the bounce is amazing. Stops tend to drop right near the net. My serves still aren't stable at all, but every so often I get a surprising amount of spin. I think Yasaka's speed rating of 11+ is about right.
Everyone seems to side-overshoot with a reverse-loop serve. It's a completely different rubber from the Rakza X — I'll keep researching it.
