I'm not a tacky rubber user myself, but I borrowed one from a senior teammate to try it out.
It really draws a huge arc. There's a real sense of security that the ball will land on the table. (It's probably the rubber with the biggest arc in the whole Yasaka lineup.)
According to my senior, the durability is basically nonexistent lol

It's a shame someone rated the speed of this rubber a 3 — is someone getting paid to do that? Rate it a 10 just to bump up the level, because honestly I think it's an 8. This is a rubber that's on the level of a Dignics 09C in control and spin, but with less sensitivity! Whoever buys it definitely won't regret it. I use the Dignics 09C, Hurricane Neo 3, and the Rakza Z. Of those three, the Rakza Z is without a doubt the best in terms of value for money! Cheers to everyone, and good games.

It really puts a lot of spin on the ball, and like others have said, the arc is insane. It also makes driving against chops easy. That said, if your timing on the impact is a little off, you'll either overshoot or the ball will drop dead, so you need to be careful.
The speed is fast compared to tacky rubber, but it's still slow compared to tension rubber.
Compared to conventional rubbers (saying this for the second time), the arc is crazy, so it's better not to brush too far upward. If anything, you should also be careful not to go too low on your third-ball attack either.

My overall impression was that the ball just flies upward. I'd previously been using a spin-oriented tension rubber with 47-48 degree hardness that flew well, but compared to that, this has more spin, and the ball just keeps launching up and up. If you can put solid spin on it, you get speed and distance too. But for that, I feel you need a certain amount of power and swing speed, otherwise you end up with a flat, spinless ball.

I put this on my Mizutani blade. I'm using it on both the backhand and forehand sides, and the performance is amazing!
Compared to Dignics, the speed is a bit lower, but the spin and stability are better. It has that sticky tacky feel, so flat forehand hits don't fly far, but drives and the like fly while tracing a nice arc. It's a rubber with a pretty strong character though, so it's hard to handle until you get used to it. But just a light swing brings the ball up and puts spin on it, so I'd recommend it to people who want to move from tension to tacky rubber, or tacky users who want more of a tension-like feel. Great value for money too, and it lasts a long time! If I had to name a downside, it's that the ball sometimes drops unnaturally. Every now and then, even though you make good contact, it doesn't fly and just drops. And if you close the racket angle with a normal tacky rubber the ball drops, but with the Rakza Z it doesn't! It adds spin on top of a tension-like ball quality. For things like flat hits close to the table, unless you brush the ball and send it forward lightly, you'll get a dead, floaty ball. It's easy to handle in the short game too! If you grip the racket tightly, just hooking your finger on the rubber will wear that spot down to shreds in 2-3 months, so watch out for that! I'm using this on the forehand of a Segna Japanese-penhold square blade that takes rubber on both sides. When you try the most basic thing, just bouncing the ball off it, my impression is "ah, this is definitely a tacky rubber." When you brush it with the sheet, that tacky character comes through. So serves, pushes, stops, and brushed topspin drives all produce good quality shots. On the other hand, with smashes or drives where you dig the ball in, combined with the blade's performance, it starts to feel more like a tension rubber. That said, it can't match tension rubber for speed, so without power you can't punch through. In the mid-distance and away-from-the-table zones, it's safer to give up on punching through and just commit to playing off the arc and spin instead. With a blade that doesn't have much pop, it probably won't fly even further, so things might get tough even at mid-distance… As a personal downside, because of its tacky character it's easily affected by the opponent's spin. In particular, I personally find it hard to counter loop drives. (Though that might be down to my own skill level too…) It doesn't seem to give you the best of both tacky and tension worlds. Personally, I feel the tacky element is the stronger side.

The Yasaka Rakza Z rubber has very good control, but it should be put on an offensive blade to gain some speed. On powerful hits it picks up dynamics and speed. I have it on an offensive Palio TNT 1 blade and it plays very well — dynamic and reasonably fast, with good spin and control. It plays better for me than the Rakza 7, which was more affected by the opponent's spin.
