      There have been more German-made tacky tension rubbers coming out lately, but performance-wise they're all pretty much a toss-up.
      These medium-hardness tacky tension rubbers generally slip when you smash against backspin. That said, they have good grip, so spin-based techniques like loop drives are easy to pull off. The amount of spin is about the same as regular tension rubbers.
      Within that group, each rubber has its own strong point, so that's what it comes down to when choosing.
      The Omega VII China Hikari has the same characteristics described above, but true to the Omega VII line, it's more linear and has better speed than other tacky tension rubbers. On the flip side, the rubber feels a bit weak, or rather, it's a little harder to keep counters on the table. It's not unmanageable, though. Also, it bounces a bit more in the short game.
      I think it suits XIOM blades well.

      I switched to this rubber from Tenergy, and before I adjusted my technique it was hard to handle, but once I changed how I hit, it grips the ball well and I can hit properly fast shots. It also extends after landing on the table, so I think it becomes a ball that's hard for opponents to handle. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants more spin than a regular tension rubber gives.
      That said, the rubber is hard and heavy, so it puts a lot of weight toward the tip, and the blade's total weight ends up heavier than with tension rubber on both sides.

      Speed: Blue < Hikari
      Spin: Blue > Hikari

      That's roughly how it is. Also for the short game, Hikari bounces more, so Blue might have the edge in terms of ease of use?
      If you try Hikari and feel like you want more tackiness, it's worth trying Kage too.

      First off, you need to change how you hit
      The power on a single shot is more than enough, but it's hard to use in a match
      The reason is that on reflex loops against backspin, the ball barely sinks into the rubber, so it almost never comes out as a good ball
