    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
The majority of reviews praise its speed-oriented design that is easier to handle than Dignics 09c, with excellent short-game techniques. However, it requires adjustment to its sticky nature, and downward stroke control demands technique refinement.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Easier to handle than Dignics 09c with better speed output
    • Excellent stability in short-game techniques and stops
    • Good spin performance despite being tension-type
    • Performance varies greatly depending on swing technique
    • Slightly lower sheet durability reported
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveStops that would float with Dignics 09c now sit low and stable, with good flick effectiveness. It grips the ball well even with thin strokes, enabling aggressive play with heavy, fast balls.
▽ CriticalRequires adjustment to its sticky characteristics; hastily executed downstroke shots don't grip the rubber well and don't produce consistent results. Technique modification is essential for match play.

      シ シ (Experience: Less than a year)

      Reviews by user

The sponge hardness is on the firm side, but the topsheet grips the ball well, so it didn't feel all that hard. It's easy to do fine techniques like the short game, so I think it's good for playing close to the table.

Orange ZLF (Experience: 6〜10 years) Alternative to Dignics 09C

      Reviews by user

I'm moving over from Dignics 09c.
In a word, it's an easy-to-use Dignics 09c — overall it's stable, the spin is almost the same, and speed comes out easily.
What impressed me the most was the short game: with Dignics 09c my stops would pop up, but with this one the stop stays low, and flicks landed well too.
I personally use a thin, brushing stroke, and I didn't get along that well with Dignics 09c, but this one grips the ball firmly
and lets me smash fast, heavy balls with confidence in my attack.
On the other hand, if you sink it too deep into the sponge, it flies a lot.
Also, I felt it chips more easily than Dignics and the sheet is physically weaker.
It sells for less than Dignics online (in the 5,000 yen range), so please give it a try.

Spring (Experience: 4〜5 years) Maybe, just maybe!! Could it top the Dig 09c!?

      Reviews by user

It feels more manual than automatic, but when you swing with your own power the ball really flies and loop drives grip a ton, so I have a really good impression of it!! With your eyes closed, I think it's pretty much the same as Dignics 09c!! Serves are also easy to produce, whether backspin or half-long serves, and they have great sharpness, so I think this is a god-tier rubber!!

Chabby (Experience: 6〜10 years) Easy to handle the short game

      Reviews by user

I use this on the backhand. Pushes and stops are nice and stable. I haven't fully unlocked its potential on the offensive side yet.

Front-end haste (Experience: 4〜5 years) Godly fast tacky tension rubber

      Reviews by user

I used this on the forehand.
The manufacturer lists it as a tacky tension rubber, but the tackiness is so faint it's practically nonexistent. It feels like XIOM tunes its rubbers to be speed-focused overall, to differentiate themselves from Butterfly's Dignics and Tenergy lines, and this rubber is no exception - it's very speed-oriented and bounces a lot. Misses on smashes and drives are almost always long, and the bounce is strong enough that even serves sometimes go long. The short game and spin-based techniques take some know-how and time to get used to.
You need a certain amount of commitment to master it, but I think it's worth trying.

Ahn Jae Hyun (Experience: 6〜10 years) Nice!!!!

      Reviews by user

It doesn't feel all that hard!
Even with a tension-style stroke, the firm sponge still gets the ball flying!
And when you really let it rip Hurricane-style, it seriously spins more than Tenergy, it's just insane!
Also, if you put it on something like An Jae-hyun's blade or a Hurricane Ryu5, the ball gets really wild and produces a lot of tricky shots, so it can really throw your opponent off!
For people who want to move from tension to tacky rubber, this is probably the best choice!
There's none of that chipping issue XIOM rubbers sometimes have, so I think this rubber deserves to sell well!!!!!!!

ice cream (Experience: 2〜3 years) Gave it a try!

      Reviews by user

      Things it's good at
      - Topspin drives (looping against backspin is so-so)
      - Counters
      - Short game technique
Things it's not so good at
      - Serving (personally I find it hard to get spin on serves)
      - Backhand technique
The short game is outstanding. You can hit powerful shots even when you back off the table. That said, it might be a bit tricky to handle for people who aren't used to tacky rubber.
