Homoko (Experience: 4〜5 years) An all-purpose rubber that can do anything

It was pretty cheap so I bought it and tried it out. Using the thick version (on the B side).
I think this rubber is aimed at beginner to intermediate players.
When you sink the ball into it, it puts on a decent amount of spin, and it feels like it draws a really smooth arc, landing nicely on the table - that's nice.
The biggest appeal of this rubber is how maneuverable it is.
Control is good, and the sheet is fairly firm, so you can block without losing out against the opponent's spin.
Flicks go in satisfyingly well - it's amazing.
The short game is easy to execute, so I think it's good for beginner-to-intermediate players who want more stability in their techniques.
It's labeled 48, but it only feels a tiny bit hard, not as hard as I expected, so I think it's fine for beginners too.
This GEWO rubber might actually be pretty good. Why not give it a try? I'm sure you'll be surprised!!!!

The sponge hardness is rated at 48 degrees, so I thought it'd be a bit hard, but it actually felt surprisingly soft. The short game was the easiest part to play. Pushes don't float up easily and it doesn't bounce too much, so stops and blocks are easy too. It's fast, and it puts on quite a lot of spin as well. I think the value for money on this rubber is really high. I put it on an outer-ply blade, but I think an inner-ply or 7-ply blade would bring out even more performance.
