I played with a Chinese-style penhold blade.
I switched to this from a tacky rubber. First off, I understand the way you hit with it is different, but unlike Tenergy 05 or other rubbers you can just pick up and play with even without fully understanding the technique, this one felt like it has its own particular way of hitting that you need to learn.
Also, everyone says the ball really pops up with this, but for me it didn't rise all that much (I got the same result even trying other people's Tenergy 19, so I think it just doesn't suit me).All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Reviewing again. My blade is a Zhang Jike ALC. The spring sponge really is impressive, as expected. Even with a weak impact it grips the ball and produces a decent amount of power. So unlike Fastarc G1, where you get a dead, flat ball if there's no real impact behind it, this doesn't drop like that. When you really drive into it, you get a good amount of speed.
I rated the spin a 9 because I've hit with Dignics myself. Dignics has more spin than Tenergy, which makes opponents block the ball off the end. But generally Tenergy has more speed than Dignics.My rating as Tenergy 19
The performance is closest to Tenergy 05, but the grip on the ball feels different. It's soft, but backspin balls are still easy to lift. Blocking is easy, as expected. It has that automatic feel. I'd recommend it for intermediate to advanced players!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Currently using this on my backhand.
The feel is a bit on the soft side, but it has good pace off the rubber and a good amount of spin.
Since it grips the ball well, blocking is also easy to control.
Ever since I switched to this rubber, I've been able to do chiquitas and flicks over the table with confidence, so it's become one of my favorite rubbers.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This came out on top in Kenta Matsudaira's comparison video, so I put it on both sides of an Innerforce Layer ZLC at max thickness and tried it with antibacterial three-star balls.
First off, the control is outstanding — even though the feel is soft, the ball rises well and doesn't drop. It doesn't have quite the power of Dignics 05 or Rasanter R53, but the shots go deep, so it seemed hard for opponents to handle.
Every technique rated highly on both forehand and backhand.
I'd recommend this for players who drive with spin and can keep firing off power drives without mistakes, and for players who build their game around counters.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I tried switching over from Rozena.
A lot of people compare 05 and 19 and say:
"05 is stronger in both speed and spin, but 19 gives you faster counters and is more stable."
I'd say that's exactly right!!
Just a light swing against the opponent's drive sends back way more power than you put in!!
The ball also flies sharp and it's fantastic.
I'm the type who swings hard on drives, but switching from Rozena to Tenergy 19 didn't really cause any extra overshoot misses. Compared to Rozena, it arcs more and the ball flies with more pace.*Note
Just because Tenergy is called an "automatic" rubber doesn't mean you should switch to it without thinking.
I'd recommend it for players who already have solid weight transfer on their drives and can string together drive after drive.

The arc is so high you'd think it was Tenergy 05. Tenergy 19 is a pretty unique rubber. Despite the high arc, it doesn't really suit a spin-focused game — it's a great rubber for players who attack with speed.
I was surprised Butterfly released Tenergy 19.
When I use it, I get a surprisingly good feel off the ball.

I've used Tenergy 80 and 05 before, but 19 has a soft top sheet that grips the ball, so it's easy to control and easy to put spin on for drives. It doesn't get pushed around by the opponent's shots either, and counters are easy to do. Some people say it suits the backhand better, but you can still hit some pretty powerful shots on the forehand too, and I think it's a rubber that even beginner-to-intermediate players can use. When playing from further back the shots tend to fall short, so it suits players who fight it out from close-to-mid distance. You can't expect as much spin as with 05, but there's really no technique that feels awkward with this — it's quite good.
