First off, it felt very soft. On the forehand the bounce felt weak, but on the backhand it was great — since it's soft it's easy to control, and it still has enough bounce that counters were easy to pull off.

I'm using this on my backhand.
First, the pros:
1. Spin gets on the ball even with just a light touch
2. Balls that look like they'll go long still land safely on the table
3. Overall soft and easy to control
Now the cons:
1. Because it's soft, it doesn't have much power
2. The ball goes over so cleanly that it's easy for your opponent to return
There are pros and cons, but I'd say this is basically a straight upgrade over Rozena. Since it's soft, I think it suits intermediate players.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Used on the forehand. Tenergy 05 is easier to use overall. This one has its quirks. It's easy to hit against chops with, though.

64 was my first Tenergy back in 8th grade. I remember being amazed the first time I hit with it — that unique "gooey" Tenergy feel, and how strong topspin just happened on its own.
19 has that "gooey" feeling even more strongly. Even a normal hit seems to sink into the sponge. Drives and hard hits produce really good shots.
Tenergy rubbers are automatic by nature, but 19 has the strongest "automatic" feel in the whole lineup. I'd recommend it for someone trying their first Tenergy, or for players wanting to step up from Rozena.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

My thoughts after using it on both sides. Basically it's soft and grips the ball well.
On the forehand, it feels "weaker" compared to Tenergy 05. The feel is somewhere between Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 05 FX. It grips well with outer carbon blades, but shots barely clear the net and there's not much sense of speed on the forehand. Tenergy 80 actually feels firmer and faster.
On the backhand it's really good. Easy to grip the ball and easy to control. Blocking is excellent. That said, if you're the type who steps back and then smashes hard on the backhand, the bounce might feel a bit lacking. There's not much sense of speed, but you can really rip spin on when you get a chance. Compared to Rozena, the sheet feels firmer and it's more stable.
Also, with an inner carbon blade the feel gets blurry on both sides.
If you normally use softer rubbers, or if you use the FX version of Tenergy, this feels like one step up from that.

A lot of people call this an "automatic" or "cheat" rubber, but honestly it grips the ball so much that it feels lacking for normal use. It's also hard to get the hang of hitting with it. Spec-wise it's supposedly between Tenergy 05 and Dignics 05, but I think comparing it to 64 makes more sense. 64 is a fast, soft rubber. This one (19) has great grip on the ball, and even with loop drives or power drives it draws a solid arc through the air. If you're getting a lot of net misses with 64, or you want a rubber that really arcs the ball, I'd recommend this. Also, counters come out really well even on a full swing, so it might be good for counter-hitters too.

Counters and drives against backspin are easy to do.
Serves get good spin too.
Since it's on the softer side, stops are easy as well.
