    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
The Glass D.TecS GS is a pimpled rubber with excellent speed and spin performance, with its destructive push and block shots being highly praised. However, difficulty in control and poor cutting ability on short pushes are noted as challenges, making this product suitable for experienced players who understand its tension-based characteristics.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Exceptionally powerful push attacks
    • Produces low-trajectory returning shots with spin easily
    • Speed and spin performance superior to other pimple rubbers
    • Poor cutting ability due to single-layer rubber construction
    • Difficult to control and prone to overshooting
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe attacking power is extremely high with devastating push shots. The spin variation is outstanding, and it's highly recommended for pen-holding or shakehand pimple play.
▽ CriticalThe tension makes control difficult and overshooting is common. It's hard to suppress strong shots, and it's not recommended for beginners.

Kuromame (Experience: 4〜5 years) Low, sharp trajectory that shuts down opponents' power shots!

On the forehand: Pro III Turbo Blue, max thickness
      Used on the backhand
Have used dozens of different long pips rubbers in the past
      Chopping
The trajectory is sharp and low, with total freedom for variation
The trajectory is low and travels in a straight, fast line
From the opponent's perspective, my chops seem to carry/extend
Because of that, they can't easily get close to attack it, so it seemed hard for them to smash
      Backhand
The backhand lets you produce a snap you wouldn't expect from an OX rubber
Pushing is ridiculously easy to do
Pushes are this rubber's one flaw — they don't get any backspin at all
This is also because the pips are hard, and it's an OX (sponge-less) rubber
      Blocking had surprisingly few overshoots
Against powerful shots it was difficult
Since this rubber originally has tension built in, control is difficult
      Summary
      Pros
Easy to add variation even for beginners, strong at both attack and defense, probably the easiest pushing among long pips rubbers, easy to hold down slow balls (like loop drives), also great for choppers, penhold pips players, and close-to-the-table fast attackers, easy to receive
      Cons
Because it has tension, it's easy to overshoot, hard to control, hard to hold down powerful shots, can't be recommended for beginners, receives and other shots tend to slip (because it's an OX rubber with very fast ball release)
