    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Blue Storm PRO is highly praised as a high-performance rubber that combines transcendent speed and spin capabilities. However, the hard sponge makes it difficult to handle, requiring significant power and technique from players.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Exceptional speed and spin performance combined
    • Hard sponge delivers powerful shots but requires skill
    • Versatile from front to middle court play
    • Heavy weight puts strain on the arm
    • Ideal for power-oriented players
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveA transcendent rubber in both spin and speed. Despite the hard sponge, it lifts well when brushed and produces powerful shots when struck firmly. It enables consistent powerful, low-trajectory shots from both front and middle court positions.
▽ CriticalThe rubber is heavy and difficult to handle initially, even causing tendinitis during the adjustment period. The hard sponge requires a solid hitting technique, as improper shots result in flat trajectory balls.

katsuo000_2 (Experience: More than 20 years) High spin, yet a low trajectory!

      Max thickness, red.
      72 g → 50 g
Measured from the topsheet side with a Shore C hardness gauge: 42.8°
      D05: 48g, 50.0°
      T05: 47g, 44.6°
      Bluestorm PRO: 50g, 43.2°

      1. High spin performance! This is fantastic!
      2. Even with high spin, the trajectory stays low!
      3. It's not quite like a tacky rubber, but the short game is easy too!
Thanks to advances in German manufacturing, it feels like a rubber built with a "spring sponge." If you like Tenergy, I think this is a great option!
I've also reviewed it on my blog, so please check that out for reference.

I had it put on my backhand. The spin and speed are excellent, but since I'm not that strong, the rubber feels heavy to me. I'd recommend it for players who focus on power in their table tennis.

I was told it's suited for power players and tried it anyway, but even I, more of a defensive player, could handle it just fine. Well, just as advertised, it really does put out a lot of power and it's easy to add spin, so no complaints on any front.

A rubber that combines both grip on the ball and speed. The power is excellent too, and smashing with it feels great.

Honestly, I expected it to fly a lot more than it does. It's actually quite easy to handle. It grips the ball naturally, so dealing with backspin is easy too. I felt like it suits the backhand.

These are my impressions from trying it out.
I normally use Dignics 05, but even though both are hard rubbers, the Bluestorm's speed is just ridiculous. Flat hitting is easier with this one too. That said, while you can do a chiquita-into-drive combo with the Bluestorm as well, if that's specifically what you want to focus on, Tenergy or Evolution might suit you better.

I use this regularly. Comparing it to Fastarc G1: first, the weight went up a lot, so I think you need real arm strength to even hold it. Before I got used to it, it was rough enough that I nearly gave myself tennis elbow. But once you get used to the weight, you can produce shots with both speed and spin, so it's a really good rubber. It feels more suited to players who fight with counters and raw ball speed and power rather than blocking.
