It feels softer than the hardness the maker states.
The topsheet is strong too, and it doesn't lose out to the opponent's spin.
If you swing properly, you get a ton of spin and plenty of speed as well. I think it's an all-around rubber that can do just about anything. Since it's a German rubber, I didn't really feel that "does it for you" sensation, though.

Used on both sides with a Japanese penhold grip.
It holds the ball really well and feels soft — on light shots you don't feel like it's a 52.5° hardness at all.
The ball comes up easily, and with topspin-type techniques it stays on the table well if you close the racket angle a bit.
When you hit hard, the sponge's hardness comes through and you get a powerful ball with a sharp sound.
So you get a nice contrast in use: on light shots the topsheet's grip makes it easy to control, and on hard shots the sponge's hardness makes it easy to generate power.
The amount of spin is easy to generate regardless of the technique — serves, drives, pushes — and I think the ceiling is high too.
On the back side I first put on the Extra version, but it felt like there was a lot of energy loss, so I switched to Double Extra, and since it doesn't feel hard, it's easy to use.
The way it comes up easily also seems to suit the back side well.
The topsheet is soft, but the durability isn't short, and it's a rubber with good value for money too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

VICTAS recommendation (Experience: ２〜３ years) Softer than its hardness rating

STIGA's DNA Hybrid H felt too hard, so I switched over.
My blade is an Innerforce Layer ALC.S.
I don't hit with a very strong impact to begin with, so with the Hybrid the ball would often drop, but with V>20 Double Extra, if you swing, it comes up. It just comes up, no matter what.
It feels really strong against backspin, and it's easy to put spin on the ball.
If I had to name one downside, it's that paired with an inner-carbon blade the arc gets a little too high, making it slightly awkward to handle.

I used to have V>20 on both sides of my Koki Niwa Wood, and since I changed blades, here's my review again.
Chiquitas are just so easy to pull off. There's a real sense of security that the ball will come up, so you can keep swinging away.
Blocks also started carrying further. Might be down to how I contact the ball, but it seems to accelerate a lot right off the blade.
Drives, smashes, counters — goes without saying.
The best rubber I've used so far. Once you get the feel for how to grip the ball on serve, it has no downsides.
The only regret is experimenting with Dignics on my forehand instead (the contact feel is so different from Dignics that anyone switching should be careful).

When put on an outer-carbon blade, the feel of the ball sinking in firmly before launching out is excellent.
On an outer-carbon blade it holds the ball a moment longer than other rubbers, so control is very good. It's especially recommendable on the backhand — you don't feel the hardness as much as other rubbers in the same price range; it feels more like around 48°.
Speed and spin are also at a satisfying level.
For drives, whether you brush the surface for spin or just hit flat, you still get a decent ball. It's a rubber with some give to it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Used black, max thickness, on the forehand
Your swing speed translates directly into speed and spin, so it's easy to switch between a no-spin chop and a heavy chop.
In a topspin rally, if I stopped my swing partway through, I took the full brunt of the spin and the ball flew off (probably my own lack of skill) (though if you go in intending to block from the start, it stops nicely).

You do feel the effect of the opponent's spin, but depending on how you receive the ball, you can avoid taking it head-on

Natto (Experience: ２〜３ years) Speed just from a simple swing

Performance-wise it's similar to Tenergy. Speed-wise, it's among the fastest rubbers VICTAS makes, so no complaints there. That said, it's said to generate great spin, but it doesn't actually spin that much, so it's fine for a light, quick brush of spin, but it's not suited to players who want to load on heavy spin. If you want to really load on spin, I'd recommend using Tenergy instead, since it performs similarly.
