Basically, the ball flies really far and goes deep. If you hit it with a flat stroke like a meet, it will all go into the net.
However, if you use your body to hit a drive that spins, it will be more stable, so I think it's recommended for people who prioritize spin over distance.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
