I bought the thin version and used it... Since it's a tacky rubber, it does have quite a bit of spin. When chopping (maybe it's just that my club teammates aren't great at returning chops), I was surprisingly able to catch balls in the net - it worked better than I expected. But since it's the thin version, it didn't bounce that much. Still, I'd recommend it for beginner choppers, and maybe even intermediate players. Top player Gaponov uses this rubber, so I feel like if you put in the blood, sweat, and tears with this rubber, you could reach the top too. It's definitely not a bad rubber, and it's cheap, so I'd say give it a try at least once.

I used to play as a chopper with Hurricane, but it felt a bit too hard, so I switched to this rubber.
Spin... if you let the ball sink in and hit it, you could get a lot of spin no matter what shot you used. Something like G1 level of spin.
Speed... maybe because of the tackiness, it didn't
really have much speed. Power was lacking too.
Control... maybe because it doesn't fly much, even swinging all out the ball still landed on the table, so it was very easy to use.
Overall
Overall it had good spin and felt stable. I think choppers should definitely give this one a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I'm a chopper. This rubber absorbs about half the energy of the opponent's shot, so I can put spin on the ball without mercy. I rely on the vibration coming through the blade to adjust how fast I swing it. Because of that, a softer rubber suits me well. Back in junior high, I played about 98% defense. Even so, this rubber has enough fighting power to get you to a prefectural tournament. So I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the skills a chopper needs, or who wants more spin.
Well, the amount of spin and how far the ball travels changes depending on your racket angle and swing, so pick a rubber that suits your own form. It puts quite a lot of spin on serves too. I borrowed it from a friend of a friend who plays Chinese penhold, and I was surprised it bounced more than I expected.
Maybe that's partly because I was always borrowing Hurricane before that....

I started playing table tennis with this rubber. It was because of this rubber that I was able to learn the fundamentals of the push. And above all, it has a real strength with long serves. Back when I was a first-year junior high schooler, I was able to score a lot of points off a national high school tournament competitor using long serves. Recommended.

This was my first rubber after becoming a chopper.
It doesn't bounce, so chops go in consistently. I think it's an ideal rubber for learning chopping fundamentals.
If you chop it properly, it puts on a good amount of spin. However, it's not suited to attacking. In my case, whenever I switched into attacking mode, I couldn't get enough speed and often got countered.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
