Tackiness Drive was an all-round rubber that's easy to handle and works well for both attack and defense, but this Tackiness is fully committed to defense. Chopping and pushing are easy with it, but for topspin drives and the like, it lacks speed and power, so it feels a bit unsatisfying.
I'd recommend it to beginner choppers or to anyone looking for an easy-to-handle tacky rubber!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I play penhold with a two-sided combination, using short pips (Moristo SP) and Tackiness C.
Serves and pushes really bite, and loop drives are fine too once you get the knack of it.
It doesn't bounce much, so it's easy to block the opponent's hard hits. Loops and chiquitas on the backhand side are also easy to pull off.
Once it turns into a rally, I mix Tackiness C's drive - which doesn't extend much but has a decent amount of spin - with knuckle-ball meet hits off the short pips side.
You can attack with sharp contrast in ball quality while shaking the opponent front and back.
It's a versatile rubber that, with a bit of creativity, works for attacking play too, not just chopping.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I'm a chopper. I put the thick version on my backhand.
Strengths
- Control is easy to get
- Not much quirkiness
- Easy to keep the ball in
- Cheap
Weaknesses
- Hopelessly low bounce (I put on the thick version, but I was still shocked at how little it bounced, lol)
- Hard to produce knuckle balls

I used this on medium thickness when I was playing as a chopper.
At first I didn't know it was a tacky rubber and used rubber cleaner on it, so it wasn't very tacky, but it still put spin on the ball properly.
That said, being a tacky rubber it is weak to humidity, and since it was my first tacky rubber, it took me a while to get used to putting topspin on it.
But once you get used to it, you can produce sharp topspin drives, so I think it's a good recommendation for intermediate-level players.
If you're more of a drive-dominant player, I think Tackiness Drive would be better. [You could also go with Spin Art (discontinued) instead.]All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Back in junior high, over 30 years ago now, I used the thin version on my backhand.
I only found out recently that it's a tacky rubber.
Since I used rubber cleaner on it every day, mine never really had much tackiness left.In my first and second year of junior high, matches tended to come down to who could out-spin who, so this rubber came in handy a lot.
Even against serves I couldn't read, if I just pushed the ball back hard, I could return it without getting attacked too badly.But from around the second half of second year, the short game started shifting toward power - drives and flicks even over the table.
I switched to short pips since I wanted to take the initiative first, but I still remember how good this rubber was for serves and pushes, and it's a rubber I'd like to try again someday.If you're a player who's just starting in your first year of junior high, I think this is a great first rubber to recommend.

I don't think there are many rubbers that offer this much spin at this price. Loop drives in particular are easy to pull off.

It helped me become conscious of chopping with my whole body. When I do miss, it's usually just into the net, so it's easy to adjust.
I was worried about counter-attacks, but countering is easy with this rubber too, so I'm very satisfied. I don't get as many clean winners in one shot anymore, but I'm enjoying playing out the rallies instead.
It was easier to use once I let the tackiness wear down a bit. That's why I deliberately don't use a protective sheet on it.
If you want to stabilize your chops, definitely give this a try. And if you still can't chop well with it, that's proof your body isn't doing the work - so don't blame the equipment, work on your technique instead.
