The rubber is soft and lets you play with stability, so if you commit fully to a push, flick, or loop drive, you can put insane spin on the ball and completely toy with your opponent!

As for the characteristics of this rubber, the sponge has a moderate hardness that's neither hard nor soft, like Sriver EL, and the topsheet is really floppy and soft. It seems like the sheet deforms on contact with the ball, because I found it very easy to put spin on.
There's no speed, but the ease of generating spin is excellent.
It's easy to chiquita with it on the backhand side of a penhold blade, so I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to chiquita on the penhold backhand.
I also tried chopping with it as a beginner, and probably because the sponge is extra thin, the chops were very stable and had good spin, so I found it easy to use.

I use it on my backhand. It puts good spin on chops too. I think it's also easy to keep topspin drives under control. I'd heard it doesn't have much bounce, so I went with medium sponge thickness, but thin might have been fine too. I think thin would make it even easier to control topspin drives.

It doesn't bounce, it just keeps putting spin on the ball.
Both the sponge and the topsheet are soft, so you can just keep chopping.

A lot of choppers back in the day used this rubber.
The sponge feels soft and gives the ball nice grip.
Also, personally, I'd like not just choppers but also beginners to use this one. It's easy to use.
It's cheap and easy to use. Good balance is its selling point.
It's totally fine even with a lively blade.
However, if you use it on a stiff carbon blade,
that nice grip on the ball goes away.
