    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
This 55-degree high-hardness rubber is highly rated for its unexpected ease of use thanks to soft sheet properties, combining powerful spin and speed. Comparisons with Dignics 05 are frequent, with direct trajectory and superior power being key features.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Surprisingly easy handling and soft impact feel for a 55-degree rubber
    • Strong spin and speed combined with linear trajectory
    • Requires strong impact but delivers exceptional power on hard hits
    • Improved ease of use for backspin and light hits compared to Dignics 05
    • Extended durability and long lifespan
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe ball naturally rises and becomes a good ball automatically. With just the right angle, swinging straight forward makes it easy. Strong power output occurs when impact is firm, making counter attacks and drives easier in mid-court rallies.
▽ CriticalAs a hard rubber, it easily drops loop balls that barely go over the net, and lacks sufficient performance on light hits. High price is also a drawback.

A friend who competes in the All Japan Championships recommended this rubber, saying it could hit anything, so I tried it on my backhand. And indeed, the ball goes up on its own and becomes a good shot effortlessly.

During a match, simply tilting my backhand racket at about a 45-degree angle and swinging straight forward at the net makes the ball go up automatically, like hitting a forehand drive.

In fact, it goes up so much that you have to be careful not to overshoot.

For comparison, with a regular rubber, hitting at the same angle results in the ball going straight to the middle of the net.

Until now, I've been struggling to put a lot of effort into hitting a sharp backhand drive at the net, but with this rubber, all I have to do is create the right angle and swing forward, which is so much easier.

Even when I'm jammed and can't swing properly, and just making contact results in a return, this rubber makes it easy; I just need to focus on the angle and swing forward.

If I were to use it on my backhand in a match, the Newzone 50 might offer more peace of mind.

It's a truly amazing rubber that I recommend everyone try, but the high price is a drawback.

I only got to try it out, so I don't know how long it will last, but it seems that it has a long lifespan, given its high price.

bean sprouts (Experience:6〜10 years) Rubber for power hitters

      Reviews by user

It's generally described as a rubber that requires a strong manual feel and control, but personally, I felt it also had an automatic feel.

However, this automatic feel isn't like that of Dignics 05 or Zaier 03, which are always easy to handle and lift the ball. It's the kind of automatic feel that generates strong power when you make solid contact and let the ball sink into the sponge.

Therefore, the trajectory tends to be relatively straight. I think you can better utilize the characteristics of this rubber by making solid contact with the sponge rather than just lightly brushing the ball with the sheet.
Especially in rallies from mid-court, it's easy to hit powerful counters and drives, and you feel less likely to be overpowered by your opponent's shots.
On the other hand, it's not a rubber that will automatically send the ball in with just a light touch. The activation condition is "making solid contact." I think this rubber automatically produces a strong ball when that condition is met.
