It doesn't spin as much as the trendy spin-oriented tension rubbers, but if you really sink the ball into it, you can get a decent amount of spin.
It's not very affected by incoming spin, so it's easy to vary how much spin you put on the ball, which I think makes it an annoying rubber to play against.Overall Speed Spin Control

The blade is hard and bounces well, and the speed is great, but on the other hand the ball leaves so fast that it's hard to put spin on it.
So smashes, blocks, and similar techniques are easy to do, but if your swing speed isn't fast, your topspin drives tend to lack spin.

For a Chinese rubber, this one falls into the bouncier category, but speed still doesn't come out much, so it's hard to use unless you can drive the ball with your own power.
Spin really bites in, so you can induce mistakes from your opponent on serves and pushes too.
For people who prefer a rubber that balances both speed and spin, I'd recommend the NEO3 instead.Overall Speed Spin Control

Both the sponge and the sheet are soft, and control is stable.
If you sink the ball in properly you get spin, but if you try to brush it with just the sheet it tends to slip.

It's tacky and soft, so don't expect much speed.
That said, it makes up for it with plenty of spin, and you can easily hit a heavy, dipping loop drive.
On top of that, your pushes and serves really bite and spin like crazy.
