For a carbon blade it's on the gentle, easy-to-use side.
But the ball comes off quite fast, which makes control a bit tricky.
I'd recommend pairing it with a rubber that holds the ball well.
Since it's this cheap, the player has to work a bit harder to get the most out of it.
It's also light in weight and fairly thin, with a nice feel on contact.
Being cheap and having carbon in it is, I strongly feel, its biggest strength.

Even as a Chinese rubber, it's got a good bounce and is easy to use.
It's pretty hard to get your hands on, but if you can,
I think it's a great rubber. That said, it still keeps the character of a Chinese rubber,
so if you don't get along with Chinese rubbers, be careful.
It's not super expensive, so it's worth trying.

Basically it goes well with whatever rubber you put on it.
Chinese rubber needs swing speed, but that doesn't mean it's unusable.
For me, the feel is what I love most about it,
and my arm doesn't get tired even after playing for a long time.
The blade isn't super heavy either, so I found it easy to use.

This is one of those long-standing classic rubbers.
First of all, it's very hard. I personally like a hard feel, so
that's not a problem for me, and it takes spin well.
It works not just for choppers but for drive players too.
It's cheap too, so it's worth picking up just to try.
I think it's a good rubber. It's definitely not a bad one!

Compared to others, this is really hard. It's hard to use, but
once you get used to it, I think it's easy enough to handle. It generates plenty of spin too,
and being hard and heavy, both power and spin are beyond complaint!
It's hard to use, so I wouldn't recommend it to beginners.
Watch out, if you put it on both sides it gets crazy heavy!
This is a serious tacky rubber! (lol)
