It doesn't really feel like it has a special material in it. It feels more like a really easy-to-use, bouncy blade, so it's good for someone trying a special-material blade for the first time!

Even though it's a 7-ply, it's light and you can swing all the way through! Because of that, the handling is great and you can fully commit to your swing, so the power is excellent too — I'd recommend it for 7-ply users!
