    It's incredibly fast.
Even compared to other speed-oriented tension rubbers, it's just on a different level.
If you've avoided speed-oriented tension rubbers because you thought they don't grip the ball, this will surprise you.
That's because you get a good amount of spin on everything from short-game techniques to drives.
    It feels like a speed-oriented tension rubber that's evolved a step further - a really high-performance rubber.
Personally, I found it easy to use on the backhand, where it matched my swing well.

    This is a good blade.
Performance-wise it's the same as the Timo Boll line of three blades (four if you count the Freitas).

It flies well, but somehow it's also easy to handle.
That said, easy to handle or not, it's still an outer blade after all.

Even paired with tacky rubber, I could only manage weak, wobbly drives...

Unless you're an advanced player with real confidence in your arm, a softer tension rubber is probably the better choice.

    It really bounces.
It's a speed-oriented tension rubber, but you still get plenty of spin.
The trajectory is flat, so if you want a weapon built around driving the ball in like a spear, this is a good choice.

Some people call it a budget version of Tenergy, but it's really just an ordinary Japanese tension rubber that gives you a taste of Tenergy's feel and vibe - personally I don't think of it as a budget version, but as something completely different, closer to Roundell.
I think people looking for the extreme performance of something like Tenergy or V15 will find it lacking, so it's not for them, but for playing styles that rely a lot on close-to-the-table offense/defense or close-to-the-table quick attacks with lots of counters and hitting, it works regardless of the user's level.
The spin performance is quite something - drives draw a nice arc and land with a satisfying curve.
That said, on smashes it sank into the rubber too much for me and control got difficult, so I haven't kept using it.

The first time I hit with it, I was amazed at this rubber's potential. The hardness isn't that different from what I'd used before, but Tenergy 05 has a much better sense of gripping the ball tightly. I've also had a lot of moments where a ball that wouldn't have gone in before does go in — it's Tenergy 05, after all. That's how much consistency it has too.
Stops and pushes bite really well, and serves too.
Once you try it, you'll understand why so many top players use Tenergy 05.
It's genuinely high-performance — easy to place where you're aiming, with a high ceiling on both spin and speed.
Even if you think it's still too advanced for you, why not give it a try?
