Works fine on either the forehand or the backhand.
The control is outstanding, so I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to play matches with consistency.

I borrowed a friend's and tried it out
The first thing I thought was, "this is easy to use!"
There wasn't any technique that felt hard to do
But it does bounce a fair amount

A friend from my club team uses this, so I asked him what he thought.
He said that if you let the ball sink in, you get a bit of spin, so you can hit drives with it.
He also said it bounces quite a bit, so it was tough getting used to it.
That's what he told me.

It's pretty hard, so it might be tough for people used to the feel of wood blades.
But it doesn't bounce too much and the control is excellent, so
