I'd say it feels close to Tenergy 05 FX.
It doesn't have as much power as Tenergy, but it grips the ball well and lets you control it, so I'd recommend it for the backhand.
I think it's a rubber with a good balance between offense and defense.

This is my comment after using the thick version on my B-side (backhand) for 5 months.
At first it took some time to get used to, but once I got used to it, my backhand technique became really comfortable.
Backhand counter-hitting and backhand smashes are extremely stable.
The short game is good too — I can push low enough to jam my opponent. Personally, though, I wouldn't expect too much from the stop.
Just when I thought I'd finally found a great rubber…

The softest sponge in the Ventus lineup.
This is a rubber you can hit with ease even without much power, like women or junior players.
Because the ball sinks in, dwell time is good and it has good bounce, plus the topsheet grips the ball well too.It's too soft for men to use, so I think players with strong impact won't be able to hold up with it (since it's soft, hitting too hard risks tearing the topsheet).
With a softer or more flexible blade, even if you get rushed in a rally, the dwell time helps the ball land back on the table.
With a harder blade like a 7-ply all-wood, it was easier to meet-hit the ball.
If you're worried about the softness causing loss of speed or durability issues, something like the Spin version in the same lineup might be a better choice.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Since it's soft, it feels stable on the backhand. I also think it's easy to use on the forehand for players who aren't confident in their impact and rely mostly on meet-hitting.
I mainly used it on the backhand, and while I'd like a bit more speed, the control and spin are excellent, so backhand drives and counters are satisfying. Backhand smashes also come out reasonably fast if you sink the ball into the sponge.
Grazing forehand drives don't generate much speed, so it really depends on how well you sink the ball into the sponge. If you want to use this on the forehand, I'd recommend the Ventus Spin or Ventus Speed instead.
In the short game it's soft, so pushes and the like don't float and are easy to control. This basically goes for the whole Ventus line, but the lack of quirks is what makes it easy to use. This is a rubber you won't regret buying.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I used this as my third rubber change.
Overall I felt it was a stable rubber. But once you get to intermediate level, I think it could use a bit more speed.
Basically, I think it's a rubber that can do anything.

But once you've been playing for about a year and a half and gotten reasonably good,

At first glance it seems different from Tenergy, but it has a different kind of goodness from Tenergy.
I feel like Tenergy has better spin and speed, but the way this makes the ball arc through the air is surprising.
If TSP were a motorcycle brand, it'd have that Kawasaki kind of mania about it.
It captures its core fans completely.
You try it once thinking "this is different," and before you know it you're hooked.
I wasn't happy with VICTAS's chop rubber at first either, but it kept producing scary, dead-spin chops consistently, and I realized it was amazing and couldn't let it go.
I'm really a TSP addict. Even for rubber protection sheets, TSP is the best.
TSP's all-around blades also felt different at first, but I can't put them down either.
Their chop blades were the best too - a discontinued one called "Yanagi."
For a grinding, spin-heavy drive and chopping style, TSP might just be the perfect fit.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
