It's hard, but it manages to combine spin and speed well. I think it would work fine even on a low-bounce blade.

This is the one I'd recommend if you're just starting out. It has a bit of speed, but above all it's easy to control. That said, after using it for about a year, it can crack (or get brittle) and start to feel lacking.

It's stable except on the backhand when your posture is off - how about it as a second rubber?

Drives stay on the table, and smashes go in properly. This could be the rubber you settle on for your backhand and never switch away from.

I can't quite put it into words, but it's good! It doesn't bounce much on its own, so putting on a springy tension rubber balances it out perfectly, and since it's light, you can even use a heavier tension rubber and be fine. I guess it's for people looking to step up from a beginner blade.
