I think that anyone can use it basically because speed is not too fast with carbon.
I think that it is perfect for an intermediate person who is aiming for an all-rounder.

Used in special thickness.
This rubber is a bite system. Even though the seat itself has no friction compared to normal, the rotation is very messy.
