The sheet feels stiff, but there is a lot of stability and it reduces mistakes very much. However, I thought that it was easy to over when I strongly waved with other rubber strike methods. I got it from my seniors. I used it for 3 years.
It was cool and awesome.
The feel on impact was soft and it was easy to rotate even in the special material system. The speed was not enough to jump but it was enough. The grip is thin (I am FL), so I shifted when I waved the backhand, so I switched to Vizcaria. I think it's pretty good if you touch it firmly.
