  TSP 730

  

  As of today, I'm a chopper using long pips on my backhand.
  This rubber, the 730, is the one I was using before I switched.
  Its sponge hardness is rated 50±3, which is on the harder side, but personally I didn't find it all that hard.
  If anything, it's soft enough that you need to push into the ball a bit or your chops won't go long.
  First, pushes: they had a decent amount of both spin and speed.
  Nothing special, but stable.
  Next, smashes: the classic chopper move of smashing an opponent's weak return (a soft push) — this rubber made that counter-attack unbeatably easy to pull off. It has speed, and decent power too. Because you can counter-attack with stability, you can go on the offensive with confidence.
  Finally, chopping: against an opponent's strong topspin drive, I could put solid spin on my chops. However, against a slower, softer drive, chopping was difficult. Against a slow drive I usually go for a knuckle chop, but since this rubber doesn't bounce much, I couldn't quite pull it off well.

  私は、今日からバック粒のカットマンです。
  この730というラバーは、今回ラバーを変更する前に使用していたラバーです。
  このラバーは、スポンジ硬度が50±3と、硬めですが私にとってはあまり硬いなと感じませんでした。
  むしろ、柔らかいのでカットは少し押さないと長くかえりません。
  では、まずツッツキです。
  ツッツキは、回転もスピードもそこそこでした。
  特別なものはなく、安定感がありました。
  次はスマッシュです。
  カットマンにありがちな、相手の甘い返球(ツッツキ)をスマッシュする、反撃のやりやすさはピカいちでした。スピードもあり、威力もそこそこです。安定して反撃ができるので、安心して攻撃に転じることができます。
  最後にカットです。
  相手の強いドライブはしっかりと回転をかけてカットできます。
  しかし、相手の緩いドライブに対しては、カットが難しかったです。
  私は、緩いドライブに対してはナックルカットをするのですが、弾まないので上手くつかいこなせませんでした。

• Super defensive

  

  I think this combination is suited to intermediate-to-advanced choppers.
  This was the blade I used when I placed 3rd at a regional tournament.
  It has a bit of bounce, but you can easily produce knuckle balls and hard chops.
  Attacking on the forehand is easy too, with decent power.
  On the backhand, you can even use it somewhat like long pips, and the topspin drives and smashes are excellent.
  The blade itself is heavy, so swinging all the way through might be tough, but once you get used to it, chops go in with a really satisfying feel!!!!!!!

  この組み合わせは、カットマンの中でも中・上級者向けのものだと思います。
  私が、地区大会で3位になった時にこのラケットでした。
  少し弾みますが、ナックルとブチ切れを安易に出すことができます。
  フォアハンドは攻撃も簡単で、威力もそこそこあります。
  バックハンドは、粒高のようにも扱うことが出来、ドライブ、スマッシュが素晴らしいです。
  ラケット自体が重いため振り切ることが大変かもしれませんが、慣れれば心地よいほどにカットが入ります!!!!!!!

  I'm a chopper who uses short pips on the backhand!

  This rubber doesn't produce much variation, but it's stable because of that.
  First, for pushes, knuckle is the default.
  If you try to add backspin, the ball doesn't bounce and you end up hitting the net.
  If you push with a pushing motion, it stays stable.
  Chopping is the same as pushing - knuckle is the default.
  But against balls with a lot of spin or power, it bounces back just right and picks up a decent amount of spin too.
  Next, blocking. Like long pips, you can stop the ball short or stretch it out.
  Again, there's not much variation, but it is easy to use.

  I wouldn't really recommend this rubber... (´T ω T`)

  私は、バック表のカットマンです！

  このラバーは変化が少ないですが、その分安定します。
  まずツッツキは、ナックルが基本です。
  切ろうとすると、弾まないのでネットミスしてしまいます。
  押すようにしてツッツキをすれば、安定します。
  カットもツッツキと同様ナックルが基本ですね。
  ですが、回転量や威力の強いボールに対してはちょうどよく弾んでくれて回転もそこそこかかります。
  次にブロック。粒高のように止めたり伸ばしたりできます。
  やはり、変化はありませんがやりやすさはあります。

  私はこのラバーはあまりおすすめしませんね……(´TωT｀)

  Triple Power Chop sponge

  

  I'm a chopper who runs short pips on my backhand.

  True to its name, the strength of this rubber is power.
  When smashing a backspin ball that a chopper often deals with (like a popped-up push), the power rivals that of a drive player! That's the Triple Power Chop sponge for you!
  And pushes and chops both come out low, while drives fly in a good trajectory deep into the opponent's court.
  Also, you can control serves for length, both long and short, and they still get plenty of spin.

  This is a seriously strong rubber, so if you're an intermediate chopper who likes hard rubbers, you should definitely give it a try.

  名前の通り、このラバーの長所はパワーです。
  カットマンが多用する、下回転(浮いたツッツキ)に対するスマッシュはドライブマンに負けない威力を誇ります！さすが、トリプル・パワーチョップスポンジ！
  そして、ツッツキとカットも低く、ドライブもいい軌道で相手コートの深いところへ入ります。
  また、サーブも長短を意識して出すことができ、回転もかかります。

  サイキョーのラバーですので、硬いラバーがお好きな中級者のカットマンの方は、絶対お使いください。

• Black Balsa 3.0

  

  I'm a chopper with short pips on the backhand.

  This blade is really light, and the feel is a bit hollow and poppy.
  Because of that, it transmits a lot to your hand, so I can't really recommend it.
  Also, even smashes and drives hit with everything you've got come out slow, and if you don't place them well they'll just get returned.
  Chopping gives some stability since it takes the pace off the opponent's shots, but because the blade is so light, if you swing all the way through, the blade itself can end up flying out of your hand.

  私はバック表のカットマンです。

  このラケットはとにかく軽く、打球感がポコポコしています。
  そのため、手に響きあまりおすすめ出来ません。
  また、スマッシュやドライブは本気で打っても、遅く、コースをつかないと返球されてしまいます。
  カットは、相手の勢いを抑えてくれるので多少の安定感がありますが、ラケットが軽いので、振り切るとラケットが飛んでいってしまったりします。
