  VS＞402 LIMBER

  

  I normally use the Hurricane Neo 3, but with my strength declining, I picked this as my next rubber to try. My honest impression is that I found the best rubber. With the Hurricane, because it's so tacky, attacking with drives required a lot of swing power. With this rubber, even at 80% power, I can hit a fast, low-arcing drive. Chopping also feels well-controlled - the spin is a bit less than the Hurricane, but you can grind it out with control and how easy it is to hold the ball down. Whether you hit it flat and crisp or brush it when you go for a finishing shot, there are few overshoot misses, so I think it's a rubber that lets you attack with confidence. I'd recommend it for the forehand of choppers who want to attack.

  狂飈neo3を普段使っていましたが、筋力の衰えから次のラバーということで選んでみました。最高のラバーを見つけたという感想です。狂飈の場合、粘着が強いためドライブで攻める場合スイングに力が必要でした。このラバーは8割の力でも弧線の低い早いドライブが打てます。カット打ちは抑えも利く印象で回転量は狂飈に劣るものの、コントロールや抑えやすさで粘れます。決めに行きたい時にパチンと打っても擦って打ってもオーバーミスが少ないので、思い切って攻められるラバーかと思います。カットマンで攻撃したい方のフォア面にオススメのラバーです。

  RIGAN

  

  I tried this on the forehand side as a chopper. It's surprisingly well-balanced, and my chops don't float up. The sponge is soft with a good amount of grip on the ball, so it's easy to control. My chops have decent speed and I feel like I can place them deep on the table. I can also attack even when I'm away from the table, so it seems like a good rubber for choppers who mix offense and defense. That said, the spin is a bit lacking, so I'm hoping the newly released "Rigan Spin" will make up for that.

  カットマンのフォア面として使ってみました。意外とバランスが良く、カットが浮くこともありません。スポンジが柔らかく適度に球持ちが良いのでコントロールが付けやすいと思います。カットのスピードはありますし台の深い所に持って行ける印象です。台から離れていても攻撃ができるので攻守を織り交ぜたカットマンのラバーとして使えそうです。ただし、スピン量が少し足りないので、新しく発売される「ライガンスピン」に期待したいと思います。

  NEO HURRICANE 3

  

  I mainly use this on my forehand for chopping. The tacky sheet combined with a surprisingly grippy sponge means my chops get tons of spin and stay stable. Against drives, I can send back a heavily-spun chop deep on the table, which makes it easy to build a strategy. For pushes, if you use the tackiness and hit the ball thin, you get a ton of spin, but if your angle is even slightly off it'll fly long, so it takes practice. When switching to attack, you can hit with enough speed to finish the point in one shot, and you can also hold your own in topspin rallies, so I'd recommend it to choppers who play a balanced offense-defense style.

  カットの主にフォア面で使用しています。粘着と案外捕まりの良いスポンジでカットは超スピンがかかり安定します。対ドライブは切れたカットを深いところに送れるので戦略が立てやすいです。ツッツキは粘着を利用し薄く当てるとめっちゃ切れますが、ちょっと角度を間違えるとオーバーするので練習が必要です。攻撃に転じた際は一撃で決められるスピードが出せるのと、引き合いでも勝負できるので攻守半々のカットマンにお勧めです。

  Commenting here as a chopper. I have Hurricane Neo3 on my forehand and Glayzr Deetecs 0.5mm on my backhand. Both rubbers bounce relatively easily, but interestingly, chopped balls land deep on the table in a satisfying way. I think that's because the blade has special material built in that helps control the ball. On the other hand, it bounces a lot when attacking, which feels strange. It takes time to get used to, but I feel it's a good blade for a chopper who wants to both attack and defend. By the way, when I tried putting Tackiness Chop thin sponge on my backhand, the short game over the table stopped nice and short, which was good, but chops from farther back didn't clear the net. If chopping is your main weapon, I think it's better to choose a rubber with good bounce.

  カットマンとしてコメントします。フォア面にキョウヒョウNEO3、バック面にグラスディーテックス0.5mmを貼っています。どちらのラバーも比較的跳ねやすいのですが、カットした球は面白いように台の深い所に収まります。ラケットに特殊素材が入っているから抑えが効くのかなと思います。反面、攻撃をするとよく弾むので不思議な感覚になります。慣れるのに時間がかかるのですが、攻守どちらもしたいカットマンには良いラケットだなと感じます。ちなみにですが、バック面にタキネスチョップの薄を貼ってみたところ台上処理は短く止まるので良いのですが、離れた位置からのカットはネットを越えません。カット主戦の方は弾みが良いラバーを選ぶと良いかと思います。

  MAGIC WALL

  

  I used this as my main blade for about a year. The other day I was doing a practice swing and it snapped clean at the base. I'm glad it wasn't during a match, but I was shocked - I've never had such a weak blade before. I'm a chopper, and since the feel and how easy it is to attack with are both good, it's a real shame. If you've got money to spare, go ahead and try it, but honestly I can't recommend it.

  1年ほど主戦で使ってました。先日素振りをしたら根元からバッキリ折れた。プレイ中じゃなくて良かったけど、こんな弱いラケットは初めてでびっくりしました。カットマンですが打感とか攻撃のしやすさは良いだけに残念です。お金があるならお試しにどうぞですが、正直お勧めはできません。
