It's got a special material in it, but it doesn't fly all that much.
This is purely meant to soften the feel on contact, so I don't think you should expect it to boost your attacking power.
In particular, if you're someone who admires Chen Weixing's playing style, this might not be a great recommendation for you...That said, as I mentioned, the feel on contact is really good, and it's easy to keep powerful drives and smashes under control.
As for a similar blade, I'd say something like the Kouji Matsushita.
If you're looking at stability for chopping, the Chen Weixing model might be better. As for rubber choices,
I'd recommend a tension rubber on the forehand.
It lets you keep chops, pushes, and drives stable. If you want to prioritize spin over speed, I'd recommend putting on a tacky high-tension rubber.
For the backhand, I'd recommend pips or anti-spin. It lets you produce backhand chops with tackiness and variation.
That said, this might just be because I'm not very skilled, but short pips didn't seem to be a great match.
I think it's perfect for learning defensive skills like handling overspin, tackiness, curve long serves, and so on.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

Just as the title says, this racket is pretty unusual.
It really doesn't have any bounce at all.
In a way, I think it's the most complete racket there is when it comes to defense. Also, if you compare the blade size to other chopper blades, you'll notice it's quite large.
I never quite got used to how big it is, and I found it hard to swing the racket compactly for things like the short game (pushes, etc.) and serves.Since it just doesn't bounce at all, I actually felt that putting on tension-type pips would make it more stable.
I'd recommend this for choppers who aren't looking for attacking power and instead want to focus entirely on retrieving the ball.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

I'm normally a chopper, but since I'm a fan of Gatien, and this is described as his signature model, I bought one just to have.
The rules have changed a lot since then — glue use, ball size, ball material, and so on — but this is my test using Mark V, the rubber Gatien used in his prime.
One characteristic of this blade is that, despite bouncing a fair amount, it still gave an impression of stability.
You can also adjust the amount of spin depending on how hard you swing through the ball.
When I had a friend who's a dedicated drive player test-hit it, his drive misses noticeably went down.
Blocks, hard hits, and pushes were also easy to do.
That said, it didn't produce much speed.
(A lot of that is probably down to the rubber I had on it, though...)
Just my personal opinion, but if speed is what you're after, I think a soft, grippy tension rubber that sinks into the ball would be a better match.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It's described as a tacky tension rubber, but in actual play I didn't get the impression that it's especially bouncy.
I'd recommend it for choppers or close-to-the-table fast-attack players. For chops, pushes, and curving long balls, it's both very stable and cuts well.
The rubber also feels soft, and even against hard hits I could block them down easily.
It's easy to control across the whole range from close-to-the-table to far back, and the defense feels top-notch.When attacking, in the short game, smashes, counters, flicks, and blocks are all quite easy, and following up with a second-ball attack is easy too.
On the other hand, away from the table the power drops off quite a bit, and in topspin rallies I felt like I'd lose out to German-style high-tension rubbers. As a chopper myself, I thought this rubber matched me really well.
