1. Strong grip and high spin performance! 2. You can get strong spin while still being easy to meet the ball with! 3. Less slippery than Vega X!
As you'd expect from the Omega 5 series, known for its arc and grip, the strong grip and spin left a good impression. That said, since it's a bit older — even with DF — I think the spin strength is a little weaker compared to recent high-end rubbers and the newer XIOM rubbers. In terms of how easy it is to generate spin, I felt Vega X actually has higher spin performance. However, since Vega X has a softer sponge, it's more slippery, so overall this one, while more of a manual-feel rubber, felt like something I could trust. Also, since it gets good spin while still being easy to meet the ball with, and doesn't have too muddy a feel, I think it suits the backhand better than the Omega 7 series. Both the sheet and sponge are hard, so the ability to counter-drive or hold up in topspin rallies without getting overwhelmed by the opponent's spin should be plenty on the forehand too.
Compared to Dignics 05, the arc is lower, the ball sinks less, and the power felt slightly weaker too, but considering you can get it for around 3,000 yen, it feels like great value for money.

For its hardness it sinks into the sponge easily and is a great, easy-to-use rubber.
- The feel is excellent, you can hit the ball exactly the way you picture it!
- Stops and pushes hold well, and flat hits are easy too!
- Counter-driving at the top of the bounce is easy to do!
- Spin is decent as well.
Even hitting it hard, I never felt the rubber slamming against the blade — it felt like a rubber with a lot of backbone.
I imagine this could hold up even against a top player's drive.
The trajectory arc is low, yet the rubber still felt very stable.
That said, compared to GT-X51 the spin and speed felt a bit lacking.
Just like GT-X51, I now understand why it gets compared to Tenergy.
It has an all-around feel close to Dignics 80, though I think the speed and spin fall a little short of Dignics 80.
Compared to Tenergy, the usability feels like Tenergy 05, while the spin and speed feel more like Tenergy 80.
Compared to Tenergy 05, the pips are probably closer to the 80, making it a rubber that balances spin and speed.
Still, if you factor in durability, I think it's far better than Tenergy!

As the title says, I think this blade is nearly identical to the Zhang Jike ALC, just with a different design.
The balance point is toward the grip, and with the round FL grip shape, the only difference I felt from the Zhang Jike ALC was the weight.
So the key points are:
1. A stronger arc than outer ZLC blades! 2. The feel and handling are similar to ZLC. Being softer, it still holds the ball firmly! 3. The backhand is especially good, and you can really feel the ball holding on the blade!
and the same goes for comparisons with other blades.
It's easy to power-loop half-long backspin balls, and compared to ZLC it holds the ball better and the blade is thicker, so you get more distance, more power, and more spin — it has that 7-ply feel, which I like. Compared to the Timo Spin, this blade holds the ball firmly and you can really feel the benefit of the grip-side balance point.
Compared to the Stradivarius, there are fewer weird overshoot misses, and I can feel the difference from the construction (aramid carbon with ayous filler vs. the Lin Gaoyuan ALC's ALC and limba). I think advanced players would prefer the Lin Gaoyuan ALC more.
The downside is that, being such a mainstream choice, it's hard to stand out from other players using it.

- It's not just a soft rubber - it can produce shots of a quality good enough for top players to use.
- Easy to vary pace! Even in topspin rallies, high-quality topspin drives come easy!
- Even though it's a soft rubber, the bounce is weak, so you can put everything into your spin without missing.
I was surprised at how high-quality the shots were, good enough to use on the forehand too.
Also, ball retention is excellent, and you can feel that on pushes, flicks, mid-distance lifts, and fish shots too - it had that feel where, like the tagline says, you really think "so this is what they mean by grabbing and releasing the ball!?"
It's a bit more affected by spin, so drive-blocks and counter-drives were difficult, but I could draw the arc I intended and it had that easy handling where you feel like you can force the ball onto the table from anywhere.
It's not a rubber with shockingly high performance, but rather one that makes up for a less pleasant feel on contact.
It's a bit pricey, but it was a good rubber I could recommend even to beginner and intermediate players.
At the very least, it's clearly easier to handle and feels softer than the Quantum X Pro.

- Extremely soft, truly a soft-tension type rubber!
- Meet-and-counter shots are super easy to pull off! I couldn't believe how well they landed!
- Blocks are soft too, and pretty easy to get in just by touching the ball!
It's a pretty soft tension-type rubber, but maybe because the sheet itself is hard, counter-hitting felt really, really good overall.
Rather than a full topspin stroke, just setting a bit of an angle and swinging through flat gave a surprisingly stable, consistent shot.
I think opponents would rather face spin-based attacks than someone countering them like this.
It's easy to use, but personally I prefer harder rubbers. When I used it, the soft sponge made my pushes slip more than usual. I felt like it takes some getting used to.
Among the soft tension-type rubbers popular in Europe, I think this one is high performance.
For things like curtain hits or serves, if you really sink the ball in, I felt you could get spin close to Tenergy level.
