When you're relaxed, like during forehand practice hitting, I think this is a top-notch blade — good ball-holding, good control, and good bounce.
However, in match situations where you tend to tense up, the bounce is so good that you'll probably get a lot of overshoot misses.

The minimum level of bounce is already high, so even a weak hit sends the ball flying.
If you're not confident, why not just go with something like Rozena instead?

This is from a different maker, but I scored it relatively, treating the Innerforce Layer ALC (hereafter "ALC") performance as a baseline of "7" points.
First, it's light. This is its biggest feature — the average weight is around 82g, so switching between forehand and backhand is easy. On top of that, you can comfortably put on heavier rubbers too.
I think both speed and spin are slightly higher than the ALC.
That said, if you ask whether the feel resonates in your hand, it doesn't resonate much. I don't think it's suited to wood-blade users.
The trajectory is also straighter than other inner blades. So if you just hit it flat without thinking, the ball flies straight into the net. But if you consciously put spin on the ball yourself, it's a blade that snaps right down onto the table.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

For the low price, you get plenty of spin and speed. If you adjust the thickness, it's also easy to control, so I think it's manageable even for beginners.
